Stopped in for a quick flight and snack. Beers were all good, but the Birch Bark porter was great. The Center Stage Amber stood out for the style as well. Big menu, but we will need to go back and check them out. Pizzas were flying out of the kitchen. Other than being a little loud inside the atmosphere was relaxing and typically brewery style. Lots of TVs though, which is outside the norm of most breweries I visit.

Parking: Parking lot could use repair. It is a shared space so I would not think it is the brewery responsibility other than pressuring the landlord

Kid-friendliness: Tons of kids were there.

This is a great place to grab a 🍺 and a bite to eat 🍔. The service was excellent and both our host and waitresses were very accommodating; considering our group could have ranged from 15 to 30 guests. The atmosphere was a bit loud, which is normal for an establishment of this nature. That statement is not a complaint, but only an observation. We will definitely be returning again. The 🍸 drinks 🍹 were very good too.

Vegetarian options: Enough to choose from.

Decent beer, good food though slightly overpriced, brewery atmosphere. Service can be slow, but very friendly. You’ll enjoy your time if you’re here to take your time.

Not a full service bar so I couldn't get a drink that I wanted.
The burger was a 1/4 pound frozen patty and the bun crumbled. French frys were good.

We did curbside pick up. If we had dinner on sight I would have complained in person.
The fish & chips were one pile of breading, overcooked and very greasy and dark.
The hamburger and sliders were okay but the onion rings and fried pickles had way too much breading. There were cooked so dark and I attributed that to old oil in fryer because both greasy and tasted awful.
Most of this 70.00 meal went into the garbage, unfortunately. Sorry but I think management should know the truth.

Th waitress ignored us most the time there, got my order wrong, chatted nonstop w coworkers, complained about us to coworkers when we asked for more water (overheard her) and we hunted her down for the tab. The table next to us were out in half the time (different server). I only go when my son is town but now I won't be going at all.

Good beer, lots of options. Good variety in menu. Ive never had anything I didnt like. The fries are very good. Bummed they got rid of the Pulled Pork Cuban sandwich though, that was my go to. Always have good service.

Take out was very disappointing tonight. Husband said his Mahi Mahi tacos were good, but they didn't give him salsa. Daughters Chicken Caesar Naan was soggy, sweet potato fries cold. My Cajun Shrimp linguine did not have very much flavor, the bits of ground sausage in it really turned me off (expected sausage pieces) and it was luke warm. Will try again as we typically like the food. Although the last time I got fish and chips it was a huge piece of fish and it did not taste good. Person who answered phone and the girl who brought out food were nice though.

A decent place with a great beer selection. Nothing stood out as spectacular but nothing was bad either. Just a solid place to eat and drink. I’d certainly go back.

On a truly amazing mid-October day, a distant destination is called for. Commerce Township is an hour from home. So Kickstand Brewing becomes the latest entry in the SE MI Brewery Discovery Tour.
A big space with some outdoor seating (which I'm using) and a large U-shaped bar area to one side. Definitely feels a bit biased towards food. The vibe is more restaurant than brewery but that line is increasingly blurry in many locales.
The food descriptions sound good but I ate already. The prices are a wee bit high to me but might be normal out here in Commerce Township.
The beer is solid. Tried a porter (too coffee for me), the Volkfest marzen was quite good. The Mandatory Milk Stout rounded out the days consumption. I still need to ride home, after all. 🏍

Parking: A huge parking lot gives you a plethora or room to park your behemoth.

Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of space between all the tables and around the bar. A high percentage of high-top tables and bar seating will restrict your choices somewhat but the lot is smooth and the floor is too.

I'm not sure what's going on at Kickstand but the service was awful today, on taco Tuesday, around 5 pm. Nine employees hovering around the bar, 7 customers. Just three of us, were seated by the young man at the cashout in a back dark area. We shifted to a brighter table and waited at least 20 min for a service person to place a beer order. We tried to place a taco order later and were told they would not serve the loaded potato taco without the sausage. Basically, no service, no alternative, no explanation. I haven't been here for awhile, but I do live in the area and didn't expect this. This is not common in Commerce. Will not return. We have other great breweries in the area.
I don't ever post reviews, but this was a mess.

!6.00 dollars for a reuben sandwich that was cold with no sides or drink and 11 dollars for 5 chicken strips no drink or sides won't not worth the prices. Save your money and drive the extra half mile to
