The only thing I recommend at Commerce Twp. Kroger is NOT GOING! They are the worse. Poorly managed and rude employees.
Dear Kroger, you need to get more lanes opened during prime shopping hours.... 3 lanes at 6pm is not enough when customers are down the isles. no baggers... customers have to bag own groceries. get it right or I will go elsewhere. I watched people leave baskets and walk out. where's your store manager... manage the ques. hire more people.
Worst experience ever....went out at 8pm last night to get my click list...only to get there and find out they weren't filling the order. The girl I spoke with was so rude, unhelpful, outright lied to me and then hung up on me when I asked her name. went inside to talk to the manager who was also no help. I left at 8:45 with no groceries. I would have just stopped after work if I would have know. This is really unacceptable and is unfortunately a common experience.
