They bought Hillers, promised to keep the same quality standards, and then abandoned our community. The produce shelves are empty 90% of the time regardless of day and time. I would never buy my meat and seafood from them. They don't have a specialty cheese counter because they insist our demographic doesn't like cheese. They are constantly understaffed. Often they don't even have customer service. So, if you have a problem you're on your own. They cannot perform returns at registers even when there is no costumer service.

The produce is frequently out of stock. What's left of the fruit and vegetables is subpar and old. There haven't been any cashiers the last four times I have come here. I just scanned and bagged $300 worth of groceries while employees stood by and watched me. I used to love Kroger. I won't be back for a long time. They have really gone downhill.

there was not a single cashier at the checkout in the evening. Only self checkout. I don't want to do the cashier's job, and if I don't come to the cheapest store, I should have a choice and service. Or give me a discount for doing the cashier's job

Had to run in and grab stuff for Thanksgiving. I was dreading it. This store experience was great. They had carts, the shelves were stocked, all the employees were smiling and helpful and there were cashiers at every register! Great job!

If there was an award for the rudest Kroger workers this Kroger would win it…hands down. I can’t stand shipping here, but it is conveniently located to where I live. Also, the Service? Desk. Horrible.

Needed a money order and nobody could take 2 minutes. Was told I had to come back in 30 minutes because they don’t have anyone in customer service right now. Yep I’m sure every customer that drives there for something wants to be told to come back. Sure…let’s waste some more time and gas.

Refuses to redeem cans and bottles bought at this location, manager refused outright to work on finding a solution and was incredibly rude toward us, the prices have been high lately and with the proposed introduction of "dynamic pricing" in the future we won't be returning and will choose to shop at Miejer or Walmart instead. Do better.

This location used to be nice..I know it's hard to get good employees. That actually do their job..but this store needs help..it's very understocked..no employees anywhere .. store looks like it may close? I hope not this is a great location!and right in my neighborhood.

Ross was a very rude Kroger worker. I don’t recommend using their services or shopping here. I went in to cash a check which they claim they do that and they also claim they are open from 8am-8pm. I had gone in the previous night at 7:47 and they were closed. Today I came in at 8:44 and a sweet older woman worker there tried to get me help multiple times but nobody was coming. Then Ross who works there says with attitude “ what the bank isn’t open?” Which I told him it says on your wall you can cash a check. Nobody came to help me so I left and won’t be back and I will tell everyone to avoid here

I stopped here after work to pick up 2 things. Chaotic, crazy busy, and appears to have a major worker shortage. I saw a few workers walking around the store but no cashiers at all. It was all u-scan and some of the u-scan machines didn't accept cash. A lot of stuff out of stock. Now I know not to come here again.
