Myself and father have been coming here for 20 years and got mega let down today. Attitudes and demeanor were uninviting and got served canned dog food corned beef hash for breakfast. Took it back and got zero empathy for anything. Won't be back. My family won't be either.

I love Leos and I love the girls that work here. However...a 4% charge on your overall bill if paying by credit or debit is excessive, especially if you additionally tip 20% or higher. Not only am I having to compensate the wait staff because of low wages, I now have to pay this percentage surcharge for using a card? Not a flat fee, but a percentage of the entire bill...

Those Stacked Fries they have are simply the most delicious yet dangerously addicting fries I've ever tasted. The response was so swift and met with grace and the food was done in meer-minutes. Dinner time rush can be a bit of a lot with people moving through the restaurant with a clear motive. But just as you've typically Coney Island the Ora or vibe is the same.
There’s an old guy who works bye the register I think it’s the fryer and salad end I believe his name is Daniel or Dave but I know when he works out fry’s are hot and crisp and I notice our fingers pitas are hot other cooks put luke warm fry’s if not cold out . I always hear him say there hot come get them he’s right when he says it . He also must make sure the oil is changed on a regular basis because it shows in the fried foods. Other places tasted like old used oil. We drive from white lk just to go there because of him. And his salads are nice and fresh . Hats off to the older man he’s is there all hours of the day during the week and he’s always moving. If you ever see him there rest assured your going to get great tenders and fish. Plus my husband loves fried clams and he says that gentleman knows what he’s doing. He doesn’t overcook them but cooks them perfectly light the way they’re supposed to be so once get hats off to Daniel or Dave whatever his name is the older guy and he always seems friendly with the waitstaff. He seems to actually care I hope the management appreciates him as much as we do. The Kelly family thanks that gentleman. There’s a few waitress that we really enjoy one of them is joli and Michelle and couple more. If something isn’t up to standard they make sure it gets taken care of. The owner seems like a nice guy. But we would like to see him on the floor more so we could give him the praise that we have for these staff members. But he’s usually in the kitchen and it’s a good thing he puts out some amazing food and if something isn’t right just mention it to him and he will make sure your recommendations are heard. Also to the Sweet young lady I think her name is Nagham runs the register. She is also so pleasant and really cares you can tell. Out of the 3 Leo’s around us this one is far the best. I realized that if you don’t tell people there’s an issue they can’t fix it. It’s not about what you say but how you say it. This industry has been hit hard with lack of help. I believe they are doing better than most and it’s the few good staff that has really stepped up. So I found they even have off moments but they are willing to make things right. they took my order and didn't ask for a name. terrible service meaning they didnt get the order right. they never will. every time you try to get something from here it will be wrong! I called back and asked if I was charged for the extra food we don't get and they said no and wanted me to come back to the store and buy more... like the food wasn't already terrible enough they wanted me to get more. our food was cold and nasty and just a waste of $30 so sickening ill never go back !!!!!! and that's a promise!!!! sorry for everyone who had to go to help after to see how terrible of a place this is.

Went for breakfast and it took 25 minutes to get to the table and was Luke warm from sitting in the window and hash browns that I ordered well done were just about raw and they didn’t bring my toast with my meal and said it would be right up….15 minutes later a woman a different server asked us if we needed something and I said I never got my toast and told her I don’t even want it now, so when are waitress finally came around and said sorry about the toast,I didn’t want to hear about it and told her that was breakfast was ruined, and I’m not a complainer or do I do reviews but this place really sucks so I went to pay the bill and the woman asks how the meal was and I told her about the food and no toast and she said I could put my card in and tip my server, I said I’m not tipping her and I always tip good but I’m sick and tired of bad service and all the woman could say 3 times was have a blessed day to me and my girlfriend, I will never eat there again and I’m going to bad mouth the place to everybody I know
