Terrible service, the food is often over/undercooked. When you do a mobile order don’t expect it to be ready when you get to the restaurant.

Apparently this McDonald's doesn't give refills anymore. Or even ketchup. What kind of fast food doesn't have ketchup?? 1 star for this atrocity
So I went to get 2 shamrock shakes and 2 fries today. When I was eating my fries there was a hair in my food and I threw it up. I called to talk to the manager and all she said was thanks for letting me know. ARE YOU REALLY SERIOUS RIGHT NOW!!! I should have brought the hair back and asked who it was. Absolutely unacceptable for this manager to not even want to try and bring me back. Needless to say I will not come back to this one. Guess Burger King will be my spot. Accidents happen but that a manager needs to better

Stopped in for breakfast before work at 720am. I decided to go in instead of the drive thru which had a work truck with a large trailer on it blocking most of the lane. Big mistake. I walked in and no one acknowledged me until I said excuse me can I order. The young lady said I'll be with you in a moment to which I said sure take your time. Again a big mistake. After listening to the whole song of boot shooting boogie and watching 7 vehicles pass through the drive thru I heard the employees talking about how Jackie liked the amount of staff they had recently but how unrealistic it was to have. I had at this point asked loudly if I could place my order and I was either ignored or not heard due to their conversation. It's McDonald's I know but there is no sense of doing anything but going through the motions and not caring at all for anything but the beeping screen and small talk between employees. Don't bother going here during any busy drive thru time. You'll be late for work and hungry because they aren't awake enough to pay attention to the customer they asked to wait while they gossip and deal with they drive thru

Don’t know what i expected but being that we only eat McDonalds like once a year i atleast expected it to be warm…which it was NOT, of course. Everything was cold. Only good thing was the Coca Cola. Ordered two child Pokémon happy meals and didn’t get not one Pokémon item inside, when i asked the guy at the window he had no idea what i was even talking about? He only works there… but VERY disappointing, since that was the main reason we went. Not surprised since every time we do go to this location which again isn’t often, the food is straight garbage. I get its fast food but atleast keep it warm and know about the services you are providing alittle.

Everything tastes way different. Yuck. And you get pulled over to the side for their timer. Then you wait forever for someone to take your bag to 4 different cars and thumb through it before you get it

The only reason why I’m giving a 3 is that my Dr Pepper tasted a bit flat. Other than that, the staff were respectful and quick in the drive thru. Food was good.

Fantastic Mickey-Ds. Used the app to quickly order and pay... and the meals were brought to our vehicle. Super convenient and no waiting in line. Order was fulfilled flawlessly. Food quality was perfect.

Just avoid this location. They closed without notice and still charge your card when ordering thru the app. On top they sell trash, worst one ever.

It says it's open and there's nothing showing that it's closed. The ordering menu is lit up but nobody is there.
It's Thanksgiving Day, but it's only 11:00 a.m.
Used to be run and managed well years ago. Has long since tanked in quality of food, service, and lobby space/environment. I imagine new owners/upper management/whoever has stopped caring about this place. Go literally anywhere else, prices aren't even good anymore either

ZERO STARS, I did not forget to check. Look at the reviews-this owner has a problem with this store. What will they do about it? The incompetency and laziness and disrespect of this catastrophe of a store was quite evident the other night making me late for an appointment to pick someone up. I wasn't going to give up my $21 in food for my grandson and I and no one should have to wait 25 minutes for food because of ignorant and ineffective employees who could care less about how they present themselves and treat customers. The rudest of them was the guy who looked unkempt, like he just woke up from a nap, even had an aura of an attitude as such, but the manager who would not present herself, she provided me with cold, sloppy food in a bag crinkled up (later to be an incomplete order) and slammed down an my Blue Freeze drink thereby in which the drink went all over my food bag as well onto the counter and onto my hand. The manager came back with another one, this time also overflowing-you just could not make this experience up or any worse. The owner needs to clean house with this group of unhappy, no care type employees. Avoid this place, I'm sure not all instances are as such as mine, but even one time is not acceptable especially with the current prices at McDonalds. Oh and by the way you smirking young man, don't worry, I don't need the name of the manager if you think it so important not to tell me, but please do your employer a favor and show up to work looking somewhat respectable. Conduct yourself in a manner that you can be proud of, not one that offends and disrespects our customers. Not the way you looked and conducted yourself that night. You want to wait almost a half-hour for cold, nasty, improperly prepared and food spilling all over. Oh, and check the order before issuing, it's not really that difficult or it at least should not be. No worries, the store on Cooley Lake is much better managed with employees conducting themselves respectfully.
