Ordered breakfast through mobile app got to the restaurant and they tell me breakfast is over and the only I can get on my order is my frappe then they turn around and make the order for me at the window just to forget my second frappe.

Based on this last experience, it was a good visit to this McDonald's. Relatively fast drive-thru service, the Big Mac was put together well, but the shake was a little bit runny, I'll blame it on the high October temperature. Temperature. I gave it three stars plus a half

What It Do
If I can give zero stars I absolutely would!! Imma be very truthful and blunt, every single time I go to order afood from this specific McDonalds they take on average 20-30 mins a car and that’s not a lie!! There is lots of playing and no work going on and they mess up your food a lot. People have jobs to go back too and they take so long that you can’t even eat your food because you have to go right back to work where youre at. the manager just can’t seem to lead and get right!! You guys really need to just go visit them and really see how they work because as former McDonald’s employee I can actively tell you everything that they’re doing wrong. The service here is God Awful and I really would love to see a leadership change here very soon!!

Placed a mobile order, set it to in restaurant pickup so it's be ready when I got there 8 minutes later. It took 19 minutes from the moment I placed my order. Haven't had issues like this at this McDonald's before but this was ridiculous, it was not even busy - two cars in the drive thru. I'll check out the other McDonald's next time.

It took 30 mins to get my food and realized that no one was doing inside orders, having everyone inside waiting for a while. I also overheard the manager talking crap about the new worker who she had in front, saying how she has no experience, how she’s 16, etc. I felt SO BAD for this poor teenager. That grown woman needs to find a different if she’s gonna talk down on that little girl and not throw everyone orders on the counter.
