Refused to even let me in and even used gestures that show they acknowledged my presence. I heard they had some troubles with some teenagers before but I never was involved or stepped foot into that store in a whole month. Therefore, Refusing to serve someone solely because they are a teenager violates public accommodation fairness policies and possibly McDonald’s own standards. This McDonald’s should be taken up to corporates ASAP! A disgrace to the McDonald’s branding! 👎

Literally no one would even talk to me in the drive through I ordered a lot of food and waited 7 minutes for the lady to open the window to know if that was everything because she literally rushed the food into My hand and slammed the window. Like we get you work at mcdonalds and hate your life but that doesn't mean you have to take it out on customers.

This is the best McDonald's in SE Michigan! I'm new to this area and EVERY TIME I go it's excellent service and great fresh food.
Large fries were literally only filled half way in the large box. Other reviews have mentioned same thing with photo evidence. This is a regular occurrence and a scam. The fries during the lunch rush are always old, and taste like they don't change the oil. My McCrispy was burnt and tasted disgusting. My daily double sandwich was cold!

Employees constantly forget to provide condiments. Ordered 10 pc chicken nuggets and ordered an extra sauce (for total of 3). Received none. Has happened multiple times before. Manager said I would have to talk to DoorDash even though McD is the one who mesed up. When I asked why employees couldn't simply remember to provide the sauces, Manager's response was, "Well why do you keep coming back?"She also hung up on me. Claimed i was yelling at her which i wasnt...was on speaker phone. Franchise owner may want to find new manager.
