Wow!!!! Let me say that Adam, Mike and staff made my daughter's 13th birthday party/Bat Mitsvah absolutely perfect! I could not ask for a better venue with a better staff than On the Dunes. We had over 150 people and it was organized & managed perfectly. They let us come in early and add decorations before our party and helped us out doing it. All night long Mike made sure food, drinks and activities were flowing. He was in constant contact with me on the status of everything. The staff was amazing. They were so nice and professional. I have been to many establishments and have never had the personal touch they provided. The food was great, from the dips to the sliders. We had several foodies & some professional chefs for this party, and they were impressed by the quality of the "Bar Food", especially the chicken tenders. I never post reviews, but my experience was amazing. This is a Gem for all small and big events.

If I could rate this lower than 1 I would. The management at this place might be the worst I have ever seen. Ordered 2 pizzas at 7 o'clock and still waiting as I write this post. It is 8:49. Asked the bartender for a drink and she proceeded with "it's busy come back later" I think Shrek and Donkey might be running the show here. Unreal to say the least. what a fucking clown show. should be called "On the Bubble" fuck this place

I played golf here in a charity outing on Saturday morning, and it was excellent. I had only played simulator golf one other time and hated it. That was not the case here. We scrambled and just generally had an awesome time non-stop for four hours, playing 36 holes in the process. The staff was great and it was really just a great way to start the day.

Their Fowling & Axe Throwing is fun, but it stops there. It does not seem like they read or take into consideration the feedback from these reviews because everything we experienced were the same issues as the other reviews from months/years ago. This is the third time I've been here. The first time, I only did axe throwing. The second and third time, we ate, got drinks, and did Fowling. Both times, the service was extremely slow - to the point that they hardly acknowledge you. We had a table and still had to go stand at the bar for at least 10 minutes while we waited for someone to get drink orders. By time our food came out, half of it didn't come because it was made incorrectly (which honestly is a completely understandable mistake, but they actually said "oops yours was put in wrong, it wasn't my fault and it is going to take a really long time to remake" from multiple different staff members) By time it comes to pay, there was a huge wait for that, too. They also included gratuity (which they don't tell you, you just have to notice on the receipt), which is kind of frustrating because of the poor service. I still would have tipped either way, but tipping should be based on service OR they should inform you in advance that tipping is included on the bill. With how their systems work, they also overcharge and double charge if you're in a group with separate tabs. MAKE SURE TO ASK FOR AN ITEMIZED RECEIPT BEFORE YOU SIGN IT. There was $20+ on our tab that we couldn't figure out. There is also a lack of accepting responsibility for mistakes. When we got there, there was 2 other groups in the whole place and it got busy after 3 hours of being there, so I really don't think that is a factor into why their service is so poor. Unfortunately, we will not be back until these problems are solved.

I had the worst service of my life. Bar staff I will mention his name Danny. Was so rude to us. It was so bad, my feelings were actually hurt. Ordered food, was taking a very long time. I checked on it and ticket got lost in kitchen…ok fine things happen.I said just cancel my order as we had to go. Minutes later our food shows up and he immediately took it from us and said, we voided our order and could not have it!!! Someone from our group, “asked what will you do with it?” He said give it away,” when we were willing to pay for it. I was not rude in anyway. No one would give me his name behind the bar either. I had to actually go to the front and ask. The General Manager was no better. We had a big group there and everyone was unhappy with their service aswell. Sad because people go there to have fun. You can tell all staff stuck together and NO CARE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Completely unorganized and bartender is a crook. Called to make reservations at the beginning of the week for my party of 20+. Showed up and they had no area set aside and acted like we were all a bother. Bartender (female) was rude and aggressive with customers all night. When closing out my tab I was informed my activities (2 hours for 2 golf simulators) would have to be a separate charge. This was no problem. She (bartender) then takes my bill in the back and comes back with everything all on one bill. This is where the problem is. There was a 20% gratuity added on to the original food and drink bill. Which is understandable because we were a large party. After saying they needed to be separate charges she seen an opportunity to make more tip money and rolled the activities charge into one with the 20% charge. We had no service at the golf simulators. Everyone had to go to the bar themselves. Also beware of the 4% extra they’ll tack on your bill for “service fees” unless you pay with cash.

It's a cool concept, and we wanted to eat before renting the axe throwing. They brought drinks fine but never took our order for food after we had been there for over an hour. We asked the staff to come by after a while and they just never did. So overall can't say much about the games or food, but we didn't feel very wanted there.

It’s a fun bar for activities, but the food is just above what I’d consider “dive bar” food. We did golf and it was okay for the price. I think it was $60 for an hour. There were a ton of golfing spots, but I’d still call well ahead to get the time you want. Fowling also looked fun, but we didn’t do that. The draft beers were tall and cold (I did get one draft beer glass that had just come out of the dishwasher so it warmed up my beer considerably). There is a full bar so you can get cocktails, wine, and beer. They provided great service when there were 2 flies in my wife’s drink (even though she drank more than half). As far as food, you don’t get a waitress. You have to order all your food (even if you have a big table) up at the bar. Then you point to your table and then have to be on the lookout for what could be your food. So be ready to take notes of everyone’s order. I had to guess a couple of items since I didn’t know there were options, like swapping sides. If there was a waitress then it would have helped…Moving onto food. We got the apps of chicken wings and they were okay. Good taste, but not super crispy. The veggie and humus was probably the best hummus we all had. I got the chicken fingers and it came with a lot of food. They were just okay. The salads were just okay and my wife thought the cheese tasted rubbery and the produce tasted unwashed. With that being said, I’d come here for apps, but not for a whole meal.
