This was the Toasted Garden Caprese sandwich that I got. There was 2 small tomatoes and essentially no lettuce. Very disappointing.

I recently visited this location and was deeply disappointed. I ordered a soup that was priced at $9, and for that price, I expected a reasonable portion and quality(was a cold one ) Unfortunately, it was neither filling nor satisfying, especially since it didn’t even include any meat. I feel the pricing is excessive for what is offered.
Additionally, the atmosphere wasn’t enjoyable. While I understand people come here to relax, it was unsettling to see groups gambling over cards openly. This doesn’t align with the image Panera Bread typically projects.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and considers revising their pricing and addressing the ambiance to make it a more welcoming and enjoyable space for all customers.

Drive through is horrible it can be a safety hazard 1 way in and no way out. It’s spiral so you gotta be careful going through it. I waited 20 minutes before calling in to speak to the shift manager after expressing my concern of the long wait and letting her know that people with trucks/ SUV,s were jumping the curb to get out of line (there was no way for me to get out) I was stuck I felt helpless, held hostage… She didn’t respond!!!! maybe she didn’t know how to respond. I immediately called customer service they said my complaint will be forwarded?
I WILL GO NEVER VISIT THAT LOCATION AND TELLING ALL WHO WILL LISTEN

Corporate called me and said they would send me a gift card to apologize. It never showed.
