My second time going there and my sandwich is not satisfying it’s missing items that they should’ve told me they did-NOT have the sandwich is dry and lettuce brown my soup was cold and I definitely feel like atmosphere was definitely RASICT because of the level I got service when I was there ordering my food!

Sold me 2 stale bagels. Thelady at the front counter wasn't friendly at all. Cigarette butts were all over the entrance. This is the fifth time they've been out of salt bagels. If you know that you constantly sell out, why wouldn't you prepare fot that and make more??

I used the app to place an order. Unfortunately, it captured the order incorrectly . This was discovered when I tried to pickup the order at the drive thru window. When I tried to speak with the young lady at the window about the error she began to argue with me. She was rude and ill- mannered. Thankfully the manager, Jake, stepped in and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Jake - you saved the day and hopefully the young lady was paying attention on how to render customer service.

Drive thru has two hairpin turns not accessible if you have a trailer
They only received Absolute worst food and service in Oakland county. Lol. Don't waste your precious time or money at this location. I have never put a negative review on any place. But this dump?????? Just drive past it.You're welcome
