Razberry's Yogurt

This is the worst business establishment! WARNING ⛔️ if you don’t want to be treated like garbage, I suggest you stay away from this place!! The older blond lady who claims to be the owner, is the most disrespectful, rude, impatient person. This was my second time going there with some friends and our kids, and she treated us worse than the first time! She obviously doesn’t like kids, or paying customers, or I should say certain people? Instead of making sure her paying customers who are supporting her business, are satisfied with their service, she chooses to make you feel uncomfortable, and not WELCOME! Please, don’t waste your time, or money going here. She will make you regret you went in there. Dairy Queen down the road is so much better, and know what customer service is, this lady knows nothing about customer appreciation, or customer SERVICE!

This was my second horrible experience with the lady who claims to be the owner. The first experience was a few months ago and I returned today thinking maybe last time was an “off” day for her and I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. Right away, I noticed the same behavior with the lady. As soon as she saw us there with kids, she came around pretending to clean and started yelling at my kids. She told my son to stop spreading his germs and waved her finger in my 5 years old face.
For a business that caters to kids and families, she honestly has zero clue what she’s doing and how to offer good customer service. She was rude, disrespectful, and unpleasant. It seems like customers are an inconvenience to her rather than the reason her business exists.
An ice cream shop should be a fun and positive place to bring your family, but this was the opposite. We will definitely not be returning and we will gladly take our business elsewhere.
Based off the negative reviews, instead of taking accountability and apologizing for her behavior, her MO is to blame the customer and tell them they are not welcome to come back.
I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

This was my second visit to this frozen yogurt shop. The first time was not a good experience, but I decided to give it another try, thinking maybe the employee/owner was just having a bad day.
During my first visit, I came with a group of excited kids about seven boys and girls, 7 and 8 years old. From the moment we walked in, the woman working there made us all feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Her attitude was unpleasant. she seemed frustrated with everything we did, didn’t smile once, and acted like we were bothering her just by being there.
Four months later, I decided to give it another chance, hoping things would be different. Unfortunately, it was the same experience all over again. The same older lady was there…still grouchy, unfriendly toward the kids, and even yelled at one of the boys and at a four-year-old girl who was simply waiting for her mom to assist her brothers. When it came time to pay, she accused us of not paying for one of the kids, which was completely untrue and extremely insulting.
After two experiences like this, I truly believe this person treats certain people unfairly and may have personal biases or prejudices. It’s very disappointing, especially at a place meant to bring joy to families and children. Never going back after giving her a second time chance!

10/10. Employee was super friendly, there were a bunch of topping options, and it was super yummy for a little sweet treat for the night!

Yogurt was really good but then the experience was ruined by older blonde lady working there. She was extremely rude and definitely will not be back because of her. Seems like in all of the other comments people have had similar experiences. Stay away if you don’t want to be treated like garbage.

This is the best frozenp yogurt I have EVER had. It is not too sweet and they always have a nice variety. I really miss them during the winter months. My favorite summer spot with the kids.

On a hot day like today...this was very refreshing.

Edited: Since you chose to edit your response five days ago, I felt it was only fair to provide some clarification as well. Everything I mentioned in my review did, in fact, occur. As someone whose husband works in the hospitality industry, I understand the importance of exceptional customer service, and I would never leave a negative review without cause.

As noted in my original review, we have been loyal customers of this establishment for many years. If you take time to read other reviews, you may notice a recurring theme regarding certain issues. I also want to address the fact that you looked into my family. If you took the time to find out that my husband works in hospitality, perhaps you could also take the opportunity to observe how he engages with his customers. His approach might offer insight into how to handle feedback more constructively.

My review was not written to be disrespectful or malicious. It was based on facts and intended to offer helpful insight for improvement.

We have been coming here for years and truly enjoyed our experience with the previous owner. Since new ownership has occurred, every visit has been unpleasant. The older woman is extremely rude, always looks miserable and annoyed of paying customers. A little bit of a smile and friendliness would really help. I brought in several new families for a visit and not one enjoyed their experience and felt like she was extremely rude and hostile. Grabbing ice cream with kids on their last day of school should be a fun experience. Really sad when 8 year old kids can recognize the nasty behavior that was displayed. I am all for supporting small local business owners but after this experience, we will support others. I am not looking for a nasty, smart response back. I’ve read your responses to others and it’s disgusting. If you do not enjoy being around kids, you shouldn’t work there.

Bad experience couldn’t taste test not going back bad service

I brought my daughter in she loved the yogurt they had so many flavors and they had many different topping the store was so clean and she enjoy doing sidewalk chalk outside it was a fun experience.

My kids and I loved coming to this establishment for years and had no issues with the previous ownership. However, the past few times we've been here, we've had unpleasent experiences with the employees. Just makes us not want to visit anymore. Sadly won't be reccommending it to our friends and family moving forward.

I’m really glad I came in !!! I’m convinced google reviews are full of Karen’s…….because I’ve never seen such a clean place with the nicest workers!

There are plenty of signs posted saying they don’t do tasting (which I didn’t want to anyways) I actually liked that because I think that’s what keeps the store so clean. They had tons of flavors and topping even my personal favorite dole whip!

We sat in here for over an hour enjoying our yogurt and we had a wonderful time. Definitely coming back !

Warning rude and entitled customers!!

Such a great place, it’s sad people can be so rude!

I felt so bad for the two wonderful employees working today, 3 girls came in and one immediately went for a spoon the gentleman behind the counter kindly said we don’t offer tasting you aren’t supposed to grab a spoon until you pay, the girl grab a spoon anyways then proceeded to get ice cream from 2/3 machines all while taking multiple bites in between the gentleman said multiple times please don’t eat the yogurt…..then her friend came and grab a spoon as well then she starting to eat her ice cream as well the gentleman kindly asked them about 4/5 times to please stop eating the ice cream and they laughed at him and continued until the first girl who got a spoon had an outburst and said that’s it I’m done and seemed like she was going to throw away her yogurt and he simply said you have to pay for the yogurt you put in your cup she said fine and paid……the whole time they were laughing and ignoring the poor gentleman behind the counter I felt so bad for him you could see how the laughter made him feel as if they were making fun of him (since he asked them to please stop and they continued, while laughing at him)

I really don’t understand people nowadays going into establishments and blatantly ignoring the workers and the multiple signs posted all over the building….then attacking the workers for simply doing their jobs!
