Our waiter Brandon (or was it Brendan? I'm sorry!) was very kind and took care of us promptly.
Really liked the Whiskey BBQ Chicken wrap - interesting flavors of bbq mixed with ranch, but I liked it! Nice sweet and tangy taste. Highly recommend.

Burgers were really good, flavorful and juicy. The fries in my opinon are just ok. Shakes are amazing

I went to Red Robin for my husbands birthday. We were seated right away. The restaurant was clean, people were nice, the food was good, like always. But, our server was not aware of what was going on. His badge said his name was Topher.
I ordered soup in addition to my entree. I could see the cooks/kitchen from where I sat. I saw my soup come out of the oven and be put on the counter to be taken out at the very same time my server went into the back and disappeared.
When he finally came out of the back he walked right past my soup and was strolling around. I had to stop him and remind him I wanted my soup before my entree. So he went and checked and brought me the soup that had been sitting on the counter.
Awhile later, no server in sight, our entrees were brought out by the manager, I think. I had to ask him for napkins and silverware because my server hadn’t bother to do that. We had to motion for the server when we needed drink refills. When he brought out our sundaes, he took our unused napkins and silverware. We were still eating, we needed our napkins!
There was an issue with the sundaes. It seemed like the syrup (carmel/chocolate) was put in the dish before the ice cream because it was all in the bottom and didn’t appear to be on the ice cream at all. Unfortunately, the spoons we were given didn’t fit in the bottom of the dish so we couldn’t mix it into the ice cream. Were we given the wrong spoons?

My tip was altered - looked through reviews and found that another customer also had their tip altered. This is theft and a felony. No issues with food besides the fact that it takes a long time, but theft is never OK. Already reached out to red robin customer service and awaiting their response. Not sure why stealing continues to happen in this location.

Oh boy. Never got seated at 4pm on a Saturday? Place maybe had 15 customers in it. Food left on several tables. No one even said hi as we stood in dirty entrance. They had staff but they seemed more interested in each other. We just left. Novi location is sooooo much cleaner and seemed to care about us.

I think we had a new server. She just wasn't great. Forgot water. Forgot silverware. Forgot to input 1/2 of the orders. When our food arrived we had two of 4 meals abd then had wait an additional 30 minutes gor the other two meals. We ordered drinks, they never showed up only the waters after 20 minutes. They weren't on the bill so mo harm no foul on drinks.

Erin was a great server. The food was so good. I got free burger and the best garlic Parmesan broccoli I’ve ever had. My husband had the best sweet potato fries he’s ever had. I got free Sundae at the end. What a pleasant place to celebrate your birthday.

Not worth it. The burgers are great but appetizers are small. We got fried pickled and there were maybe 12 small slices in the basket, while it was quite pricey. The wait for food was super long, my burger came cold but I was so hungry I didn’t want to have it remade and wait for any longer. Even cold, it was quite good though, I only wish I could taste it warm. Service was worst of all because the waitress wasn’t hospitable or proactive and was getting quite snippy. We understand that kitchen is running behind and they are short-staffed but maybe just stop by every 10-15 mins to tell us our food is coming and wasn’t forgotten? That would have put us at ease rather than seeing some tables around us getting their food and us waiting for a long while. “Bottomless” fries were advertised but we only got more fries after a couple reminders. Waitress brought more drinks but no one took away empty glasses and plates that were piling up.
All in all, the establishment is nicely decorated and clean, burgers taste good, but for the prices the service should be much better.

Gee thanks for the fingers worth of fries with my carry out burger. Maybe one of these days I’ll get a whole handful. Absolutely ridiculous. Times must be tough you gotta cut back on the “bottomless” fry portions
