When sitting customers with small children/3 yrs old or younger you should take an account where you're placing them. To have a screaming 3-year-old sitting by our group of adults, having cocktails was not enjoyable. We could not have a conversation. We unfortunately, had to cut our day short because of this. I was and will remain very disappointed. I was a server for years and never did this. We had a policy and followed it regardless of what the customer wanted. Family should be sick with families. A group of adults should be placed with other groups of adults. We should not have to watch what we're saying and how we're saying it.

My son has always loved this place even since he was little. Maybe it’s all the excitement and fun on the walls. Maybe it was always the gumball machine out in the lobby. But eventually he started being one of the hosts and plans to return this summer during his college break.I think the hamburgers are a little bit on the pricey side, but that is easily made up for with the mountains upon mountains of french fries they give you repeatedlyUnfortunately, we forget to give our red Robin card every time we eat there, I wish the waitress would remind us, because collecting points for free burgers is always a good thing.
One of the best places for burgers. Honestly thats why you should go here. My 2 favorites are the Smoke and pepper and the Scorpian burgers. Unlimited fries; yes please. If you want to eat a bit healthier then get your burger lettuce wrapped and get unlimited brocoli. Get extra scorpian sauce for the brocoli.
Great place to bring your family. Nice kids menu. Gluten free options are available online. The staff is not allowed to tell you about allergy options, you're responsible for reading them and ordering.Clean restaurant. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. Our waitress was nice (Sheila) she was attentive and polite.
Service and food was good, beer was good and didnt taste like it came out of a unsanitary tap. We were happy with our experience.

Seriously? 5:25 pm, 30 min wait for ONE person? Sure wish I had called! I never would have driven the 30 min for that! Not going to wait, as I leave several of the waiters and waitresses sarcastically told me to drive safe, have a good evening. It was really unimpressive! Off to Applebees where my first plan was, shouldn’t have tried this!
