This place needs to be shutdown before someone dies from food poisoning. I dont think this place ever gets cleaned.

I love their ice! I want to eat it as I drink. I love their ice tea! But today it smells like sulfur. I just can't. Kinda gross. Can't drink it or eat ice because it smells so bad.

Found a back of an earring in my ice cream. Ordered burgers with bacon, no pickles or onion. There was no bacon and both burgers had pickle and onion. Who does management hire to employ this place? Yikes.

Waited forever for one drink & their phone number doesn’t work to call either.

Their drive-thru is so incredibly slow for no reason.

Once again in this drive through line getting bags of ice for a party…and waiting for over 20 minutes for three cars.

How is this place so slow?

Terrible service long drive through and the two people working tonight PURPOSELY messed up our drinks because they are disgruntled. I love sonic but will NEVER RETUEN to this location because of those two people working tonight. I see why they are stuck at a low paying job. No work ethic at all and pkaying games with peoples food

I asked for onions on my coney. I paid extra for it and I tipped. The girl who took my order kept rushing me and the guy that served me was just in misery. I just wanted my onions

We pulled in and sat there to order and watched several other cars doing the same as though it was open with staff visible and walking around only to find out that they where closes due to a fire had to ask one of the staff no signage up saying closed and no one telling you that you are wasting your time sitting there. SMH

Waited 40 minutes on a weeknight with almost no other customers for old greasy tots, a sandwich, and shake.

I've never had SONIC before. First time trying it through DoorDash. No problems with DoorDash. But what I received for $50+ dollars was horrendous. Mozzarella Sticks were cold. My ranch dippy sauce wasn't in the bag. The bag wasn't even sealed. Our Onion Rings tasted like donuts which you know, was weird. But yeah never thought to experience that. So they fry in the same oil. Which is dangerous. My Smasher Burger had no onions on it when it said it came with. The American Cheese tasted like Cheddar. The hot dog was cold. The SONIC Blast had no toppings in it. Just a tiny bit of Oreo. Which thank God it did. Because the Oreos were old and stale. It honestly was all really gross and disappointing. This location needs an overhaul by corporate or just close it if you can't find quality workers who want to work. I'll never try another SONIC again honestly. We wanted to splurge and eat tasty fast food. We will stick to Culver's and Wendy's. Way better experience at these establishments in the Lakes Area.

First thing is the girls working inside are very rude. Second thing is if you are hungry don't eat here. The food I was served today was one of the nastiest things I've ever had in my mouth. Burger was over cooked and probably sitting there for hours then they drown it in ketchup and mustard to try to trick you. If you don't want food poisoning or some type of illness DON'T EAT HERE. Looking forward to seeing this place being shut down.
