actually the slowest place ever. waited over an hour for my mobile order

I genuinely wish there was an option to select 0 stars, because everything about this place was absolutely awful.
First of all, we placed an online order at 3, set it to be picked up at 3:20. We pull into one of the drive in areas and clicked the red button as instructed, and we sat there until 4:10, still no food. They proceeded to tell us “we will be with you in one moment” and they were never “with us.” We never received our food, and some how our order disappeared. We decided to pull through the drive through to maybe speed things up, and it was worse.
Second of all, we called the “customer service hotline” which then they proceeded to tell me that our order was not found with any of the information we gave them. Which led me to believe that they deleted or got rid of our order.
I went to the bathroom right as we pulled into the drive thru and it was absolutely disgusting. It looked like there was human feces on the toilet paper, it smelled awful and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years.
Moral of the story, we never received our food, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting, and we did not get a refund for the food we never received. NEVER. EVER. GO. TO. THIS. SONIC.

The major thing I have to complain about is that their parking lot wasn’t plowed I understand that it had snowed 4 days in a row but I drive a truck and it was still a little harder to get thru.
When I ordered I had to repeat myself 3 times.
Next I waited a total of 25 or 30 minutes in the drive thru I ordered a slush and an onion ring and there was 2 people in front of me. Don’t understand why it was so long.
And when I got to the window no hey how you doing, just my total and was giving my drink and food. He did say have a nice day at least.
I am usually not one to make reviews but it honestly was terrible customer service.

First off the guy in drive through taking orders was rude and very rushy with the order, I ordered a bacon cheese burger with barbecue sauce on the side, I got a burger with cheese and lettuce- nothing more. The fries were old, & my burrito was at the bottom of the bag completely flat, with eggs busted out of the bottom of it.. It’s irritating spending $35 for this quality of food. I shouldn’t have to check my order before I leave. That’s what the sonic workers are there for.

I've ordered from this sonic through doordash multiple times. Very often, an item is missing or items are made wrong. They do not care about the customer at this sonic.

Worst service I've ever had! I'm doing a door dash and I need is a soft pretzel but they've had me waiting for 10 minutes. This is ridiculous!

Service is horrible the staff closes before they are even due to close and send customers away.
Don’t waste your time coming to this location. I love their food but this one seems to be unmanaged and under staffed.

Zero STARS!!! This place is a complete waste of space, cold food shake to thick to drink, did I mention cold food this place is a joke. The owner the managers supervisors are trash to still have the doors open at this place it's a bad look for Sonic, they should look into this location.

Here’s the story:
I look at Google, says they are open until 11PM
I drive there and arrive at 10:39pm
There are two cars in the drive thru that have already ordered.
A woman comes over the intercom and says “we’re closed”.
I said “on Google it says you close at 11pm, it’s 10:39pm”
She replies with “yeah and we already cleaned up, my shift ends at 11pm. We walk out the door”
I reply with “yes, but that’s in 20 minutes and there’s cars in front of me”
Her “yeah they are uber eats and stuff. Which are the last orders of the night”
The moral of the story is, I understand her shift ends at 11pm. But it doesn’t take 20 minutes to make a shake. Also, if you close at 11pm shouldn’t you be cleaning up AFTER you close. Which means the employees should be paid to stay an extra 30-60 minutes after to clean?
Or here’s a different idea, if 10-11pm is your clean up time. Then don’t have your google hours until 11pm. Just change it to 10pm.

I delivered for uber eats and had to wait almost an hour to just have someone speak to me on the drive through speaker. Not sure if it was due to short staff or not but it was the slowest fast food I've ever dealt with

Ordered thru the app, checked in and waited forever. They were out of one of the items I ordered, which the app should’ve indicated but didn’t, and they apparently cannot issue refunds at the physical locations. The two girls I interacted with were extremely rude about the situation and being out of the item. The food was cold and disgusting when we finally got it, even though we had waited forever and even began to eat it in the car.
Then we had to call to *try* to get a refund for the items (multiple of the same thing) we didn’t receive and the customer service representative said our request was denied so we didn’t even get a refund for items we didn’t receive!!! I’ve never had such horrible customer service on both ends.
