When I walked in I was not greeted ,food was not all that good I barley got any tuna or topping on the sub and when I asked for more I was ignored after eating in the lobby I went to use the restroom and the door was being held open by a garbage can and had dry pee all over the toilet and when I went to leave I told the lady in the red “thank you have a good day” she did not say anything but her look that she gave me felt like she did not want us being there 0-5 stars if I could will not be coming back to this location

I visited this Subway recently and had a disappointing experience. The employee on duty was clearly frustrated because she had to manage both training a new hire and taking customer orders on her own. While I can understand that being challenging, instead of handling the situation calmly, she expressed her frustration directly to customers.

At one point, as I was looking at the menu to place an order for a friend, she rang the bell very loudly and said she had been calling me six times. The abruptness was startling and came across as unnecessarily rude. In customer service, especially in a food environment, kindness and patience go a long way, and this interaction felt quite off-putting.

That said, I do appreciate that she did complete my order and make the sandwich. However, I hope in the future the staff is given more support so training doesn’t fall entirely on one person, and that employees remember the importance of maintaining professionalism and kindness toward customers. Her name was Bee.

Jessica was so awesome!! i like my bacon super extra crispy and made sure it was perfect for me even though they were less than an hour away from close and even gave us a coupon!! thank you so much Jessica!

unbelievable experience. i had eaten here and urgently needed to use the restroom since im pregnant. was told that i was not allowed to since it was past 7 pm and a woman put a chip rack in front of the restrooms. i will be contacting corporate about this. extremely inhumane.

I ordered the nachos and they were awful. There was hardly any chips in the dish. They were burnt and melted to the sides with the cheese. They were not anything to write home about don’t order the nachos that if they made them really lousy.

I had a horrible experience. I literally had 3 pieces of spinach 2 peppers and a piece of cheese. I understand the meat is rationalized but to have no topping is crazy. Then when I called they had no remorse on what I received.

Lady is very rude need a better management here will never come back to this location ladys name is Orpha. Hope someone talks to you.

One of the worst subways I have been to. Never even offered to warm my daughter’s chicken! I mean cold chicken ok but who wants cold bacon! Was not happy when I asked them to warm it up! We were the only two in the store so they were not busy! Glad I do not live in this town!

Asked for extra veggies and got almost none.

Only nice thing was the tv in the place. sat there for 20 minutes while two employees help make one sandwhich for one customer. Left before i was served. How do you mess up a subway.
