This was the worst Subway experience I’ve had in over 42 years. An employee who said his name was Max (short Black man with facial hair) was totally unprofessional and discourteous. He had a chip on his shoulder from the get go then it was all downhill from there. My wife and I ended up walking away due to losing our appetite.

This older lady helped me and she was incredibly rude and dismissive, after i told her what bread i wanted she asked me “what do you want” i couldn’t hear her and asked her to repeat the question she laughed in my face and said it again in a rude tone. I understand it’s fast food and i wasn’t expecting the best service, but a little friendliness should be standard. I have experienced this behavior from that specific lady multiple times.

Friendly and fast..provides community events like Santa photos free of charge. Can feel a team atmosphere in the restaurant. Excited staff.

My sub contained condiments and was on day old bread. My husband’s sub was also on stale bread. My daughter’s order left off condiments as well. Do not recommend.

I made order on line and when I went to pick it up was not ready. I waited there long time and I asked the worker start swearing and yelling at me and refused to finish my order plus he threw the ready sandwiches on floor and close the store

There's this person name CARLOS who works at that location, very rude and cussing isn't professional. He hasl threaten to spit on someone's food under his breath, I heard him while hel wasll getting nasty with ap black and white couple. The department of health needs to be called to this

There’s an Aztec by the name of Carlos who was actually cussing at an elderly man buying a sandwich and yelling!! Using profanity. It needs to get Fired!!!!

The manager Jeff was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. These were by far the best pizza subs I have had in years!
Parking: Walmart parking lot.
Kid-friendliness: The manager, Jeff was extremely good with a couple of little kids that were in there!
Wheelchair accessibility: This subway is located inside of the Walmart in Commerce Township Michigan and does not have an actual door, it is just wide open in the front of the store so wheelchair accessibility is optimum. There are also multiple tables specifically designed for someone who is using a mobility chair.

The prices are an absolute joke trying to sell 11" long subs for $20. Essentially the same price as Jersey Mike's for 1/2 the food and 1/3 the quality. Real funny subway.
I have been here twice now. Both times Jeff has waited on me and has done an amazing job. The first time he was all alone cause someone called in. He was backed up but still was very polite and had a smile and a great attitude. THIS MAN DESERVES A RAISE!!! Thank you again for an amazing experience this is my new go to subway and I live in Highland twp.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I ordered the sweet onion chicken teriyaki sandwich through the app and asked for just the meat to be warmed up and the dressing on the side and do extra dressing. THE MEAT WAS FREEZING COLD AND NOT EVEN THAWED ALL THE WAY LET ALONE NOT EVEN WARMING IT ALL LIKE I ASKED AND THE DRESSING WASNT ON THE SIDE IT WAS ON THE SUB BUT BARELY ANY AT ALL WHEN I ASKED FOR EXTRA. I HAD TO THROW THE WHOLE SANDWHICH OUT! WASTED 20 BUCKS

Bread tastes like it's from last week four olives four pickles and five jalapenos hope subway don't go broke putting things on our subs
Worst subway in the area, go elsewhere.- They took advantage of you and charge you more money- Rush the clients all the time and very rude manners, specially the ladies in charge of the place (Cindy?)- In this place they discriminate against you if you have a food restriction.- They don’t have any care about allergies- They don’t change her gloves
