My husband went this morning (Dec 7th) for coffee and timbits and said the young woman (teen) at the counter was so pleasant, efficient, and friendly that he wanted to add a tip to his order for her but just had his credit card/no cash. The manager needs to know that this employee has excellent customer service skills and we will definitely be back to this location.

Service at this location has gone downhill and not bounced back. From making the wrong food for customers with allergies, to not knowing their menu, getting confused with simple, short orders, giving downgraded drinks without price adjustments, and finally, laughing at customers who (unsurprisingly) aren't smiley with staff. They also don't give receipts so you can't easily prove when and where these issues occurred....Given that these issues are persisting over a period of months, it's clear there's no intention to improve service here.

they got my whole order wrong, I received a wrap with cheese when I asked them to remove it. ordered 10 timbits to only receive 4. and it took so long to get my order ready when it wasn't busy. the service was ok. I recommend the timhortons on haggerty and maple rd more.

I’m really disappointed with my experience today. At 10:20 in the morning, I ordered an English muffin with sausage and cheese through the drive-thru along with a couple of other items. What I received was an English muffin with sausage and egg, but no cheese.
Not a huge issue—I went inside to get it corrected. Unfortunately, I waited 15 minutes in line, only to have the front counter employee relay my order incorrectly to the cook as “sausage, egg, and cheese.” After that, it still took another five minutes to finally get the sandwich made incorrectly again.
I don’t enjoy writing negative reviews, especially because this is usually my favorite Tim Hortons location. But the wait time, miscommunication, and slow correction today left me really disappointed.
Love the ice cap supreme, just wish they wouldn't be so melted and watery sometimes.
