Owner needs to step inside the location more often. Tim Hortons corporate, where is the quality control? Drive thru speaker has been shot all year, no fix? Are you literally that lazy? Now the grill is not working. And here I thought y’all had more than one. Not impressed by the lack of effort to improve this establishment.

So starting off with the food it was pretty good the donuts and orea shake was on point.
BUT ThEN THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE MAN AT DRIVE THRU EATING BREAKFEST SANDWIYCH 🤮AND HE HAD BOTH AIRPODS IN SO IF I COULD GIVE IT LESS THAT 1 STAR I WOULD.
The atmosphere was pretty good UNTIL THE GLAZE MACHINE WAS SPLATTERING EVERYWHERE AND MADE IT LOOK LIKE AT TERRIBLE COFEE AND DONUTS PLACE.
Would I come back no i would not so don’t reply!!!!!!

I stop at this location at least once a week on my way to work. Every morning i am greeted with the sweetest staff who always start my mornings with a compliment! They are very quick as well! I’m never in the drive through for more than 4 minutes. Thank you for the great service and delicious coffee.

Large French Vanilla. 2 days in a row, same result. This can't be more than a small or possibly a medium. There's no way that management isn't aware of this. Do better Tim Hortons on Haggerty Rd in Commerce Township, MI.

I LOVE Tim Horton's...not so much their new Nutella flavor iced capp. It's sooooo sweet and the dollop of Nutella clogs up the straw because it's so cold, it doesn't dissolve. That said, I still drank it "To the last drop" as coffee lovers say. I'll stick to plain, good ole Iced Capps.
