I have gone to this Tim Hortons during open hours multiple times and no one answers at the drive through. The hours on google and on their door state they are open till 8pm every day. There’s no note on the window that they’ve closed early. Very frustrating

I went through drive through, workers were extremely rude and rushing me. Awful experience. They Also got my drink wrong and was upset with me for it then made me go back into the drive through line to get my drink. Then as I came back to the window like they told me the worker rudely screamed “what”!.

I love coming to this Tim Hortons! Every time I’m here I am greeted with a warm and welcoming greeting from Mitch! He’s here working hard every time, and is consistent with his positive energy! Ordered my food didn’t get what I asked for. Decided to call them and tell them this. Which I should not have did. It didn’t matter anyways. How you repeat the order and still get it wrong??? Lesson learned. Wait until you get home from work to cook for yourself. I wish they had the option for no stars. I tell them no cheddar also and they still put it on my food ?

Stopped this morning to grab donuts for my grand children on the way to school. The young man behind the counter was rude to the two men before me, and had to be reminded of the donut the gentleman wanted to go with his coffee. I should have checked my order, I asked for 1/2 dozen donuts. When I opened the box there we 4. I overheard the young man, waiting for a call. He told the staff he missed the call because everything he tried to call he had to stop becasue people needed something.
