Bahama mama is delicious. Large is their size and it's hard to finish but really good. The wraps are very good.

This location is very clean, and the service was superb.

I am a pharmaceutical sales representative and I do a lot of breakfast meetings and lunch meetings and just impromptu bring snacks to offices and I was in your store this morning and Carol and Sarah were awesome and that’s not always the case I have to say. They were incredibly personable And took great care of me. But the smoothie that I’m drinking right now in my car is one of the best smoothies I’ve ever had from tropical smoothie. There is a lot of inconsistency between the stores, but every time I come to the commerce store, it is perfect. Happy Thanksgiving and thanks for your help this morning

If I could give zero stars I would. This is THE worst Tropical Smoothie that I have been to in my life. The smoothies taste like a snow cone in a cup. Lots of ice no flavor. Do you even put fruit in the smoothies? If you do, I did not taste any. All I taste is pure ice. I ordered a pomegranate plunge add white chocolate. The Smoothie was too thick and I could barely sip it through the straw. I had to add some pomegranate Blueberry V8 that I had at home in the refrigerator to give my Smoothie some flavor and to thin it out. In the future, I will be driving further to a different location so I won't ever waste my money here again. Please re-train your staff on how to make a proper Smoothie. Start with less ice!!!!

Made an online order, smoothie was pretty much pure ice and tasted like water. Went in to have a remake, first of all was told to pay for the smoothie. I didn’t pay for it and it was put in and I sat and waited. Another gentlemen asked for his smoothie to be remade after me, it came out almost immediately. I sat and waited for upwards of 25 minutes for my smoothie. When I finally asked where it was, I was told they didn’t have one for me. Then they said I had 2 orders ahead of me, so ten more minutes. I finally got my remade smoothie and it tasted like it was just plain sugar water. Got home and the food was labeled wrong. The wraps aren’t different enough to distinguish between each other by looks, so I ended up eating a wrap that contained ingredients I’m not supposed to be eating. This whole trip took an hour of my day and the only thing that was good from this experience were the prepackaged chips. I work in the food service and have actually worked at Tropical Smoothie so I understand how it can be when it gets busy, but when every person who was after you gets served first and your order STILL ends up being wrong…is very frustrating. Highly upset with this experience.

It was quick and delicious! However there is no option to call ahead and order, only online 😕

The bathroom was clean and spacious. Stocked with TP and the soap was foamy. Pretty relaxing if I do say so myself. Now the hand dryer, wow, fantastic, I don’t think the jet engine from a 747 would’ve dried my hands faster than the unit they had in that bathroom. I think it was an Dyson. Amazing. Only thing it lacked was some music, a tropical house playlist would’ve set the right vibes, but elevator music would’ve done the trick as well. As for the smoothies, I can’t say much because I didn’t get one. Highly recommend stopping by this tropical smoothie, 9/10

I got food poisoning from the sandwich but the smoothie was pretty good

We just had the fastest service…we ordered at 12:47 and out the door at 12:49 with 2 smoothies and a flatbread! Way to go Trop Staff!!!

My friend and I went during our work break to get a small dinner. We intended on a quick trip so we could get back to work on time, without any punishment. Instead, we asked how much they made there to compare there to our job because we were looking for a second job for the summer. I'm unaware of his position, but cooper was very helpful through our entire time there. He had told us that he doesn't always work at that trop but also worked at another one some time away. He shared his experience with us. My friend and I were there our entire break and more having a civil conversation telling each other about each others workplace . He talked to us as if he was there voluntarily, enjoyed the conversation, and wasn't being forced to talk to us. Instead of rushing the conversation and getting free time to himself, he took up his time and told us how he enjoyed tropical smoothie. We were the only customers there so we weren't impacting anyone else. Him continuing the conversation led my friend and I to getting another smoothie each. He had mentioned maybe wanting to be a GM, and after my experience there, I would say he's more than qualified. Hope, Another worker present, was working her first day. If she hadn't told me it was her first day, I would have assumed she was there for months and had experience. She had also conversed with my friend and I the entire time we were there.

Was ignored waiting for the take out order that was already 5 minutes late, then talked to other customers that came in after me. When she couldn’t find my take out order they said “You’ll would have to wait because they were busy and I’ll have to look it up on the computer and we have other customers here”. Really, it was over a $60 order and she could have cared less.

Just can't get the order right and waiting is awful especially when no one is hardly in the store. Very slow and no personality. Not even a greeting or smile.
