the food is terrible and it's happened more than once. they don't care, they're the only place in town. I'm done with this restaurant, it's horrible

Terrible service. Waited 15 minutes for water. Left because no one cared about our existence. It was not a busy day, less than a third full.

Employees talking to each other hanging out, servers intentionally ignoring us as we waved them down.

Don't bother coming here. This restaurant has fallen off.

I had to visibly yell for service, that was ignored until other customers let them know we have been waiting and waving.

Walked out, no one seems to care. What a pity.

Joe, get your people in line. We will not be back.

Uptown Grille in Commerce is always a great experience! The service is consistently excellent — friendly, fast, and attentive every time. The food and drinks are always on point and come out quickly, no matter how busy it gets. Zach behind the bar is awesome, he’s personable, efficient, and makes some of the best drinks around. The daily deals are a great bonus and make it easy to enjoy good food and drinks without spending too much. Definitely one of my favorite spots in the area!

Our server Jason was absolutely the best we’ve ever had! From start to finish, he made our experience amazing. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and friendly, with a great sense of humor that kept us smiling all evening. His recommendations were spot-on — from cocktails to entrées to desserts — and he even convinced our whole table to try a few extra cocktails & desserts (which were all fantastic!).

Jason truly went above and beyond to make our night special. We were so impressed that for our upcoming Christmas party with 150 guests, we absolutely must have Jason as our server — we insist and demand it!

A nice atmosphere, good bartenders & a nice bar crowd. The food is good, the bartenders are great. Joe is a really nice guy. My only complaint is that on Sundays it’s very busy & a huge group,(sometimes 20or more) come in and take up the bar. We are 2 & there’s rarely a seat at the bar. We’ll skip Sundays from now on.

I’ve been a customer since 2012, with two of my favorite menu items being the firecracker chicken pizza, and the Greek salad.

I’ve been happy with how these two items have mostly remained the same over the years, however they have both recently gone down in quality - the firecracker pizza was better as a round pizza, with the dough being better. The Greek salad recently does not have beets which is a big downgrade. There is less feta and olives.

This might seem like petty complaints but as a long time nerd of these items from uptown grill I have to say it’s slightly disappointing.
