We went for dinner and we loved the place, the staff was always attentive and the waiter constantly came over to ask if we needed anything.Alfredo pasta is DELICIOUS!And in general the atmosphere is pleasant, we will definitely return.

FIRST VISIT,Wife had mushroom swiss burger with chips, I had fried calamari appetizer as entree. Burger was cooked perfectly to ordered temperature. Calamari was also perfectly cooked and as important, for my taste, lightly breaded comparable to a tempura batter.Our server "Roxy" was off the charts. She was professional, courteous, menu knowledgeable, personable and accommodating.Uptown Grille is lucky to have such a wonderful ambassador representing them to dining customers! Customers will be equally lucky to draw her as their server!Parking: PLENTY OF PARKING, LIMITED DISABILITY PARKING SO BE PREPARED TO DROP OFF THEN PARK.

Can’t handle carry outs! The night time manager who worked Tuesday night if he really was the manager, I doubt it because of how unprofessional he was! Rude staff, to busy so ur gnna be waiting just for the staff to be extra rude! Never going back! Even if my friends say let’s go their eww never I’ll rather eat McDonald’s where they respect their customers, there money! Very rude staff that they get from the manager because I heard he’s dating the carry out girl flirting with her instead of running a used to be good restaurant.

Just before 9:30 pm this evening (Tuesday, April 2) I attempted to place a carry out call and was hung up on twice by the despicably rude female attendant who was handling the phones. To make matters more egregious, when I decided to drop in personally (I was in the vicinity already) I observed her and the male manager laughing uproariously about her decision to hang up on me needlessly. When I confronted the two of them, rather than admit to their fault or even explain away the misconduct with a lie, they instead chose to adopt a hostile stance and belligerently and caustically addressed me.This is absolutely unacceptable; no customer should be treated in such a cavalier fashion, certainly not one has patronized Uptown as long as I have and on as frequent a basis! Until swift consequences are handed down to the manager and his female phone attendant, I will not only be refraining from further supporting the business but will wage a full-fledged campaign to ensure all of my my many family, friends, associates, and clients likewise stop patronizing it!
