I am thoroughly convinced that this location purposely gives the bottom of the barrel coldest nastiest grossest oldest food they have available to anybody ordering through doordash every review on doordash for this location is awful I will never come back to this location it's garbage don't do it you will probably get sick I'm scared I'm going to get sick that's how awful and gross the food was

If i could give Zero stars i would, This is by far the worst wendy’s ever. i got two combo meals they messed up everything gave me the wrong drink and put ice after we said no ice multiple of times forgot a whole fry and proceed to put a moldy tomato on on a sandwhich. we called to tell them about it, i called them and they hung up on me had some else call and they were EXTREMELY rude to us about it. wouldn’t do anything to help and start arguing with us about it.

⭐ 1/5 I had a very disappointing experience at this Wendy’s location. The staff member I interacted with was extremely rude and impatient, which made the entire visit uncomfortable. On top of that, the food was poorly made—it felt rushed and careless, as if no effort was put into preparing it properly. Definitely not the kind of service or quality I expect from Wendy’s. I hope the management takes steps to improve both the customer service and food quality here.

Again, if you look at the consistency of the reviews it is apparent that the owners and management lack a creditability issue so severe, so ignorant that nothing will change. A few days ago, like many other reviews I received a Frosty for my grandson that so melted and liquid the Michigan Health Department needs to verify if this product is safe for consumption. Then like others, and I have called before, like some reviews, the lady who never let's you get a word in, never allows you to update your sandwich as she's moved on to the total cost; never allows you to add on a drink...I asked her if adding a drink would be about the same as the sandwich and fry, never responded and I gave up. I told her at the window she needs to slow dow. and listen to the customer. I have heard that she is not kind, and if true, why is she still there? I refuse to go there, not likely to make a difference but if others do the same maybe we can get working the windowownership to sell and get some new customer focused energy. No character at the window by the way, might as well have an AI.

We ordered Frosties, not to mention that the lady who served it put it less than filled, for the price paid it was really a shame on them. The ice cream was melted, so basically we paid money for a 3/4 cup of milk to be served with spoons. I will definitely not go back to that store for ice cream

ordered two sandwiches, a fry, a frosty, and a baked potato. they set out all the food except the potato and we waited over twenty minutes for the potato. to which we were told it was going to be another HOUR. the rest of the food was cold from sitting on the counter for 25+ minutes and the frosty was melted
