Got food for my boyfriend and I. We ordered bacon cheese fries, 6 piece nugget, small fries, and a jr frosty. When we checked our order when getting home, we had 5 nuggets, no fries, and cold fries in the bacon cheese fries. Furthermore, when we walked it, we weren’t greeted professionally at all. They almost gave me my order without the frosty until I mentioned it and they took another glance at the order. Horrible service and mid food every time I go.

Waited in drive through wait parking space for fries, but fries were stone cold. Order was incorrect when I opened bag. If im able to customize a sandwich you should actually pay attention and do what the customer asked. Not the first time this has happened at this location. Disappointed

Orderd on line for pick up in the drive thur waited at the windows for ten minutes then was asked to pull up they will bring it out . I don't know who started that crap about pull up it's stupid waited 5 more minutes then I went in . I ask where is my food. I here the so called manager say someone need to take out this order.i said I'm right here could not wait another 15 minutes for my food
I get home it's the wrong order and it's ice cold and by now the pop is diluted. Poor service lousy food . Horrible management

I wanted to share a concern about the last couple of times I've visited your location. I was in the drive-thru ordering for my client, who is non-verbal and needs a moment to decide. Unfortunately, I felt rushed during both visits.
On my most recent visit around 8 PM, I tried to get the attention of the first window after paying, but the staff seemed to ignore me. I even lightly beeped the horn, and instead of assistance, I was met with frustration. When I got to the second window, the manager tossed the food to me without a word.
I understand the drive-thru can get busy, but I’d appreciate a little more patience and respect—especially when I’m ordering on behalf of someone with special needs. A bit of kindness goes a long way.

Showed up 2 minutes before they closed, the lady was still super friendly and made sure I was taken care of even though automatic timers were shutting off lights and machines already. Burgers really hit the spot!

Accidentally ordered for takeout, went through the drive thru and had the manager over the speaker raise yell at me over making sure I order drive thru. Then proceeded to angrily hand me a soggy burger, and fries with almost nothing on them.
That’ll be the last time for me. There are better ways to speak with customers who made a mistake, that required you to walk maybe 10 feet to the pickup counter.

The food is hit or miss, the old ladies at the drive thru are ALWAYS so rude, never welcoming and dont even talk. I never answer them anymore because it just makes me more mad. Im nervous even eating the food since the environment is so negative. Horrible service and I worked at Wendys for 5 years.

Outrageously rude drive through attendant on 625 at 7:20 p.m..
I cannot remember ever in my life canceling an order and driving away like I just did. I will never return to this establishment.
Why on Earth would you have somebody that ridiculously terrible at customer service working your drive through breathing into the mic loud as can be while berating your order.
That was crazy absolutely crazy.
