This is the worst fast food place ever the burger was terrible it has 2 peaces of bacon and it was a baconator and they even charged me for dressing for my fries I would not recommend Wendy’s and especially this location.

This is last time I go here. I got another COLD chicken sandwich. It was cold in a corner on the bun & chicken. This tells me in was probably in a fridge and they nuked it. No more Wendy's for me. I thought they were supposed to cook food to order. Enjoy your cost cutting with one less customer. 😡

The lady running things here is absolutely awesome! Her and all colleagues are great! Very friendly!, food always fresh and hot and always very clean. Ver well ran establishment! I eat here almost everyday when in town.

This is the best Wendy's in the state of Michigan. The food is always fresh and the staff are kind. My neighbor's also agree. This is not the closest location to my home but I'll drive past the other one to go here.

Went there tonight and the food was old and cold. I called back and spoke with the manager Alice and she was extremely rude and disrespectful!! I didn’t not even feel comfortable going back to get fresh food for fear she might do something to it. The staff here is usually kind but this Alice lady is going to ruin the business with her lack of customer service skills👎🏾 I did eventually speak with Lauren who was very kind and helpful she corrected the problem and though not her fault apologized for the mean lady’s behavior.

On muliple occasions , i have found a clump of hair in there food. Not once , but twice ! And my girl it happened once .. i dont eat wendys anymore just totally grossed out
I don’t usually write negative reviews, but I’m disappointed that cost-cutting measures are affecting food quality. I ordered a medium Strawberry Vanilla Frosty, and it was barely filled. When I pay a premium price, I expect a premium product. Please improve; the service is always great, but I don’t want to have to find another Wendy’s because of this.

I go this wendy’s all the time. and I would to say that shannon is one of the nicest and hardest workers I have ever encountered. she is always very professional and makes sure everyone’s order is right. She works very fast and had to let her know today what a hard workers she is. Wendy’s should be thankful to have such a dedicated employee like her. Great job Shannon

I really hate giving bad reviews and risk sounding like a Karen, however, this one is well deserved. Missing items from my order, I drove back and they gave me the missing items.. eventually.. No sorry, or anything. Way too much trouble for what it was worth. I should have just left the items there. I just wish they would go the extra mile like some businesses do.
