Ordered delivery from Matteson location through the wingsnob website. They outsourced the delivery to DoorDash and sent only half my $100 order. DoorDash blamed them, and Wingsnob refused to send the full order and offered only a refund. This was in October - still no refund, still no communication from Wingsnob despite trying all their listed customer service options and socials (as well as them responding to my Google review asking me to reach out a different way - which they also ignored).
If you're Wingsnob customer service and reading this, you can get ahold of me by responding to the Facebook message I just sent. Again. For the third time.

I only tried the mac-n-cheese and corn. It lacked seasoning and definitely was NOT homemade. Very unimpressed!

Email said it would be ready in 20 minutes. Arrived 30 minutes later hoping it would be ready, but still waited in store for 40 minutes.
Young man working the counter was great, but they messed up the order completely. Didnt give me 3 things I ordered. Management needs to get with the IT team to correct the email wait times.

I had a great experience with this establishment. The employees are so respectful and kind. The wings are crisp, juicy, and delicious. The fries are made perfect. Must try it again.

This is hands down the best chicken in town! The service here is great too… Sean and Aya are amazing. Come here for lunch at least 1-2 times per week with my colleagues.
