This is the best pizza EVER 🤤... I'm NOT saying that because I was hungry, as a matter of fact, I wasn't even all that hungry, but my son wanted Jet's... Long story short, This is the best pizza ever! Holy cow, fresh! Buttery and garlicy crust, the perfect thickness and cooked perfectly. Edge to edge toppings that tasted so fresh I feel like I chopped them up myself! The sauce was perfect because it was smooth and rich, but not too acidic. And not too sweet....
Stopped in for a quick lunch, usually Jets isn’t something I would consider but I can tell you after our interaction with Branden we will be returning again and again, excellent customer service, great environment, and the food? Top notch! If you need a good stop for some top quality food stop in and ask for Branden! He and the team will treat you right!
We ordered the BBQ chicken deep dish pizza and instead received the Buffalo chicken pizza which my one year old would probably not enjoy. When we called to report the mistake, they immediately made made us a fresh pizza and actually drove it downtown Grand Rapids because I was already home. The manager Molly was friendly, apologetic and very sweet. Both pizzas as well as the two orders of wings were hot and delicious. We'll be ordering again!
