I will never use this McDonalds again. We tried to order two iced Carmel Machiattos. It took 3 times to place the order, then we were asked if we wanted them “hot”?? Seriously!
We paid then were told to pull forward. Five minutes later I went inside to get our drinks. Waited another couple of minutes, and received our two drinks that were both 1 plus inches from the top.

McDonald's locations have switched from paper to plastic cups?! This just breaks my heart at a time when we should be reducing single-use plastic. I live up the street and recycle but I bet the plastic cups they send out everyday would feel my recycle bin 10 times and they don't even offer recycling.
This is so irresponsible I just can't believe it's happening after years and years of paper cups ..now going in the wrong direction!!! 😭
