Food was quite good, but was slightly over what it should have cost by about 2 dollars. Staff was excellent and friendly and the atmosphere is exactly what I would have hoped from a 140 year old bar.
HUGE burger and great fries.
- DBL Jack Burger - $18: HALF pound of burger! It was cooked medium well and a bit on the dry side. The bun was a good texture and flavor. The toppings were not as spicy as other burgers of similar flavor, but still kicked. The chipotle sauce was great.
- Fries (comes with the burger): Medium cut standard fries. A bit more peppery but it worked well in this case. I believe they were battered. They were great!
