Had a lovely bite for dinner with family. Friendly staff and great food! Ask for skull skins - Yum. (fried dough in strips with a cheese dip)We had a grinder, a pizza, cheesebuger and fries. All classic dishes perfectly presented.It was definitely one of the best burgers I've had in weeks.Nice atmosphere with amiable mix of local folks. Really enjoyed our meal thanks to Miranda and the cook who made our night. Will return.

The cadet tavern is a local full-service bar that offers a standard bar food menu. If that's what you're looking for they do a good job. They serve terrific burgers, and offer a wide variety of pizzas and deep-fried appetizers. They also offer a few delicious sandwiches, including the grinder, which is my favorite. Bar food done right.

Ordered a large pizza, wanted it cooked a little longer, pizza was still doughy and they forgot to add the banana peppers so added them afterwards and threw a little cheese over them, also ordered the pizza ear and they didn’t even cut it, called to complain and get it replaced and was told they would let Kim know and she would reach out back to me, never heard from her and threw the pizza away so we wasted almost $40.

The staff and atmosphere was great BUT the food was not. The tiniest and least appetizing chef salad I've ever had. $12 and it was very much smaller than a side salad that typically comes with a meal. My starving teen ordered the personal pizza and only ate half and threw away the rest. That says ALOT. The crust was about as thick as a penny and somehow still managed to be undercooked. The cheese was very greasy and slid off on both side everytime he picked up a slice. It made Little Caesars appear gourmet ??. The fried food appetizer portions were too small to share and tasted burnt...the kind of burnt flavor when the fry grease never gets changed. ? Skip the food from what we've experienced and just go for drinks and to play pool.
