“If you are a health nut , probably not for you. The service is amazing! Blaire has a special place in my heart, she is great with guests! Ken is the real deal, straight shooter, great with guests and his food is pretty darn good. I do wish you could go back to the other coffee though!”
“The pizza! It's the only thing we ever get here so it's all I can speak to, but it is awesome. There aren't a ton of options in a small town, but whenever we find ourselves out this way, we know where we are heading. They are generous with all the toppings, especially the cheese. Yum!”
“Had a lovely bite for dinner with family. Friendly staff and great food! Ask for skull skins - Yum. (fried dough in strips with a cheese dip)We had a grinder, a pizza, cheesebuger and fries. All classic dishes perfectly presented. It was definitely one of the best burgers I've had in weeks.Nice atmosphere with amiable mix of local folks. Really enjoyed our meal thanks to Miranda and the cook who made our night. Will return.”
“I have only had Arron's bagels and bread. I tried garlic herb focaccia bread and I couldn't stop eating it. His business is named Doughnation bakery. The coffee is tremendous. The service you receive is top notch. The staff is amazing. Vic and Linda know how to make a cup coffee. After you order, you sit down and the staff will bring you your amazing cup of coffee. The atmosphere is one of calming. This is one local cafe you must stop in while you're driving through Spring Arbor.”
“Absolutely delicious food and cool space! I had the Pastitsio with Greek Salad and my friend had the Gyro - with a Lemon Mascarpone cake and baklava for dessert. It was all fantastic! A must try!”
“Stopped for a beer and light lunchwhile passing through. Food was delicious, every beer we tried was good. Will definitely try to find a way to pass through again.”
“Stopped for an early dinner on a Friday. Service was fantastic--hospitable and attentive. Our food was very good. But having eaten a lot of excellent Guatemalan food, this was a little different. I guess there are a variety of styles even in smaller countries. The dining room is festive with bright colors and attractive murals. It would be nice to feature some Guatemalan music. It seemed a little eerie listening only to compressors running.”
“We stopped for lunch after a beautiful hike. We had the soup and sandwiches and they were all fantastic. The owner and her daughter went above and beyond helping me with avoiding things I’m allergic to. This is going to become a new favorite! It was wonderful! I highly recommend it!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options!Kid-friendliness: Relaxed and warm!”
“Awesome food, had the bacon, chicken, ranch sub. The one employee seemed to be by herself but was doing a great job. Call and ordered before we got there. When we got there it was all ready to eat. I recommend this eatery as I will dine there again soon. Sub was very good crispy bacon, zesty ranch and chicken breast.”
“We eat at Shortys once a week. We love the specials (great smoked wings, smoke ribeye hoagie and lasagna just to name a few), excellent pizza and sandwiches. Service is speedy and friendly every time. It can be loud sometimes if it’s a full house but then other times is a quiet atmosphere.”
“I drove today from Jackson to Parma and stopped in had a Coney Dog fries and hot fudge sundae the staff was very polite and courteous got my food quickly and it was great I traveled there quite often during the summer”
“I'm not going to barry them with a bad review I will chalk it up to a bad day. We will return but if it's like it was I will have no choice but to leave a bad review.”
“It is a mostly standard Mexican place. Portion sizes and prices are reasonable. The atmosphere feels very hometown, very cozy.Chips still come with the meal without question (not true of some now). I didn't love the salsa, but they had a taco sauce that was really good my uncle knew to ask for.As a random treat for my kids, the train looks like it'll come directly into the store. Not sure how often it comes by, but that was cool.”
“Bre is an amazing waitress when she isn’t cooking up amazing food! Couldn’t have ever asked for better service and quality of product. Came on Friday and came back Saturday to get the pizza and breadsticks. The fish and chips and prime rib were both AMAZING. You have to try this place out!”
“One of the best God Damn burgers I've ever had. The onion fries were also an absolute killer. And the milkshake... Just ?. Felt like I was having my last meal before the executioner takes me away. No regrets.”
“Ok this bar is the best hole in the wall bar, there is no reason for the pizza to be as good as it is it’s absolutely amazing you take one bite then bam you end up eating the whole pizza the drinks are fat and delicious this bar will take your soul if you let it!!!!”
“I live in TX, but every time I visit the Mitten, a visit to Frosty Dan’s is a MUST. Not just once, or twice, sometimes 3-4 times. Locally-owned, small mom and pop shop with the best ice cream, Chili dogs, and Slushies around! Eat it there, under a covered patio with picnic tables, or take it to go! Thank me later…”
“Jessica did a fantastic job of taking great care of us six people. Asked for a black Russian & she did an awesome job on her very first one. The food was very delicious & didn't take long to get. Will definitely go back. Great job by ”
“This an awesome hometown creamery in Litchfield MI. We love to walk down in the evenings for ice cream after dinner. We've never tried their food but I hear it's very good. The owners are hometown people and we like to support them. They're always busy in the summer!”
“Offers most of the standard pub food. Had a crunchy chicken wrap, which was really good. Menu is not too big and offers a variety. They offers specials daily and decent selection of beers and a full bar. Some TV's inside so a fine place to catch a game.”
“Great place to get bulk flour, sugar, oats and many other ingredients and food items. They have a good selection of organic and healthier options as well. The prices are really reasonable as well. I used to go here often when I worked close buy and now miss it.”
“Chelsea was my barista. She always makes great suggestions and is always smiling! This is a great meeting spot with friends. My only suggestion is to bring back the Black Forest!”
“Even though I've graduated, I will forever crave a lavender latte or my usual Red Eye Au Lait (with flavor) from Sacred Grounds. If I ever visit during the week, Sacred Grounds will be on my to do list.”
“This weekend we were given a loaf of sourdough bread from your bakery. Home now, just finished a grilled cheese sandwich. Had we known how good it was, we would have left town with a couple extra loaves. Thank you, will definitely be stopping in next year.”
“Bought 3 cookies at Lansing Mall Christmas Expo and the cookies were really, really good. Nice size cookie and reasonably priced especially if you buy 3. Thanks.”
“This is a nice little coffee shop on main St in Concord. This area needed a place like this. The coffee is great ! I always get a latte either hot or iced. And they are always made very well. Today I had an iced pumpkin spice latte and it was delicious, I also ordered a slice of bacon Gouda quiche. The quiche had a great flavor , and lots of cheese. The dough they used was flaky and buttery. BUT the inside of my slice was cold, the outside was warm. I still ate the whole thing because I was hungry and the flavor was there so it wasn't so bad even being cold.”
