“I dropped by for a flight of beers on my way through the area, and I found River Trade to be very pleasant. The staff was friendly, and the interior felt warm and comfortable. I liked the lacquered wood on the bar. The beers were very nice and none of the ones I tried were anything too unusual. My biggest regret is that my stomach didn’t allow me to finish everything or to try their food (I was too full), but everything looked great. Surprisingly enough they had toasted ravioli on the menu, and I’d really like to try that someday. It’s definitely a good place to stop if you’re in the area.“

“Such a fun place - great brewery with a very nice variety of well-made, super-tasty beers. You can get everything from a hazy IPA to a seriously dark coffee stout, and all points in-between. Crew is nice, food is good (smash burgers... yum... seriously, save your appetite all day to tackle one!) and menu is also fun and creative. I had a french onion themed grilled cheese sandwich as my appetite wasn't big enough to go for a smash burger...but I'm going back for that burger! Clean spaces and bathrooms, and excellent music playlist going on. Family friendly, great prices.Parking: Downtown Three Rivers... lots of parking.“

Blind Island Brewery Brewpubs • $
68400 Klinger Lake Rd, Sturgis - 7.54 miles

“Came into town and was looking forward to trying out the newly opened Blind Island Brewery. I dined with my cousin and his wife. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and pleasantly surprised with good food. I was also able to indulge in their own Chocolate Ale which was delicious. I can easily see this place becoming a local staple for many years to come. I think one of the best paths forward is providing Crowlers to carry out guests as well as dine in customers. I think they are doing everything right at this point. Focusing in on providing a limited menu but doing it well. I had the fish and chips and thought it was excellent. The fries were as good as any that I have tasted. Looking forward to tasting some of their smoked meat options in the future too. Keep doing what you’re doing by not growing too fast and build the customer base into the summer. I can only imagine that people will flock as as the months grow warmer.“
