Whole milk makes a better latte. The coffee service has been steadily good and reliable for several years, now. Great staff. A cozy fireplace would be really nice in there. More gluten free food options would be wonderful. The new gf chocolate brownie is really good.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free chocolat brownie. It is served wrapped in plastic, so there isn't any cross contamination.

I had an issue with a gift card and ordering on the app, which resulted in the order not going through and my gift card balance clearing ? I gave up and went in the store to order in person, feeling defeated. The baristas were SO nice to me and covered the cost of the order, even though it wasn’t their fault at all. Everything we ordered was made perfectly and their kindness really turned my day around!

I would like to first make known that we live within very few miles of a couple Biggby Coffee Shops....We choose to drive to Coopersville for a latte (any coffee drink) they are always consistant, always taste like it should, (not watered down) flavored to perfection. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable, when we have a question. We will always be willing and happy for the ride.
