The sandwich maker Lexi I believe did a amazing job she was very happy to be there she guided me into making a sandwich asking if I wanted extra things like salt/pepper extra sauce on the side would come here again just for the service I received
We hadn't been to Subway in a couple of years. We bought a footlong sub and a six inch sub. Neither was a specialty sandwich and nothing special on either. $28.68, and to top it all off, the first thing they ask is for a tip before you pay! Sandwiches were okay but won't go again. We could go to a sit-down restaurant for a whole meal!
I ordered dinner for my family of 3 through the app to be picked up at a later time. When I got home, my sub had a very scarce amount of meat, and no cheese (I ordered the extra charge fresh mozzarella). I called the store, and explained what happened. The girl was very apologetic, and remade my sub free of charge. I only live about 5 minutes away, so it was not a huge deal to go back and pick it up. I asked if they wanted my other sub without the cheese, and she said not to worry...
