What a great little place. They've changed since I was there last. They don't have the counter where you can make pretty much anything. They only have a daily specials menu. Doesn't matter to me since the food is so good. The staff is understanding that some people can't understand their accent sometimes, but they're human too so treat them with kindness. My husband and I travel and go to many authentic Mexican restaurants and this is rated #1 from us. Friendly staff, great prices and the food is absolutely amazing. I cannot express how good the tamales are here.
We do a monthly dinner at someplace new with family. My nephew recommended this place and we were really happy with it. On of the dishes came out cool but everything else was really good.
