Love my little spot in Mohawk normally I go inside, but I had just got done working and I was pooped but I really wanted something sweet for lunch so I had a ice cream! The girls were so patient with me letting me know what flavors were what I ended up getting the Paul Bunyan and the raspberry white chocolate. I am so glad that I tried both of those. They both were so good along with homemade waffle cone💜

Open late & great food! We were adventuring in the Keweenaw until after 7pm, when other places close their kitchens. So happy Sundae in the Park was open until 10pm and we were able to get a delicious broasted chicken dinner to go!

Went there today with my family after playing in the park. was not impressed and most definitely won't be going there again. I ordered a mini soft-serve twist cone for my 3 year old and a small soft-serve twist cone. The girl at the drive thru window came back with a glob of ice cream in 2 dishes. I asked if they ran out of cones because we had wanted a mini and a small cone. which then she replies "well I can just put a cone on top of this for free."
I explained to her that my 3 year old would just make a mess with the dish, that's why we asked for a mini cone. she looked annoyed and said she would remake it. I thanked her because my daughter was really wanting an ice cream cone.
The girl came back with 2 small soft serve ice cream cones which looked like she just dumped the ice cream from the dish into the cone as it was falling off the cone. she handed them to me and stared at me awkwardly. I then asked "can I get the total please?"
She sighed and rang it up and told me 5.83. Sounding annoyed that I asked for my total because she never told me it? I handed her the money, she gave me the change, told me have a great day and slammed the window closed.
Needless to say the ice cream ended up sliding off the cone on the way home and ended up on my daughter's lap...

Sue and her crew at Sundae in the Park catered five lunches for a workshop we conducted in Copper Harbor. She prepared meals for us that were tasty and varied all week. The portions were ample! She makes great desserts too. Her pumpkin bars were a real hit with our group. One of our group follows a gluten free diet and she was able to provide delicious food for that person as well. The chicken meal and the sloppy joes were my favorites. Thank you for a great week of great lunches .

It was chilly today, but not too cold for ice cream. And the camp store it’s in has an assortment of gifts as well as a basic store of camping and RV gear. We had pumpkin ice cream cones; very good.

Awesome sub and ice cream spot in Ft. Wilkins. Large portion sizes, fresh flavors, and friendly service. The gift shop is well stocked with great local items as well as some speciality items. My family and I routinely make a point to stop here when exploring Copper Harbor.
