With the understanding of service and food up and down, we decided to give another try. Very glad we did. It was Wednesday night and steak was the special which my wife and I both ordered. The dinners spiced and cooked perfectly (rare), delicious! Before dinner we were asked our beverage choice and received exactly what was ordered, promptly. We did not have to worry if another cocktail could be obtained as we were taken care of very well. I believe there is a new manager, Brianna, that took very good care of us and other patrons. Very professional. I'm not sure if the cook is new but hope he's retained as everything from the steak, french fries and coleslaw were great. Give Kooters another try as that was a great night out.

First and last time here. We walked in and there was not anyone else in the bar, except the bartender sitting at a table. She didn’t notice us for about five minutes or so. My drink was ok but there was not any alcohol in my husband tonic and vodka. He drank about 1/3 of the drink. The bartender questioned why he didn’t finish his drink so we told her. She refused to believe my husband. We paid the tab for both drinks and left.

The place was great! Friendly!!! We had talked with everyone!!! The food was delicious and quick!! Thank you to the cook : Christy The drinks were perfect! Thank you to both bar maids : Brianna & Maddie The order went great and timely! Thank you to our waitress : Destiny Good luck to Nevaeh! Her last day - A waitress we chatted with - fun conversation!!!! We even talked with the manager Teri - a good conversation! She let us know some of the new things coming up - one of them is fall flavored drinks - think pumpkin spice - got me so curious!!! So, overall it was a fun experience and I will def be back!!!

First time we went here was for the 10$ steak night (yes I know you get what you pay for) the food was horrible! They don’t even have steak sauce. (A-1) said we were never going back. Fast forward a year later a friend talked us into it. We went on a Friday night it was dead and that was my first red flag.. the service was ok I ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap (HORRIBLE) I took 2 bites and didn’t want to eat anymore. My husband had the chicken tenders basket, chicken was ok however the fries are disappointing.. our friend had fish dinner and could barely eat it he said it was gross. The food here is just blah. The bathrooms don’t even have trash bags in them, lights all burnt out in the bathrooms. Floors and baseboards in the whole place is gross and full of cobwebs and dirt and dust.
The old lady at the bar studied my ID for 2 minutes. I’m 24. Told me I dyed my hair (obviously I got highlights, thats it) and was COMPLETELY rude to me. Unacceptable. My ID is older than half of the people here and she was being rude acting as if it was fake. I am 24.

A group of 8 of us went in on a Friday night around 8:00. It was very dead there was only about 4 tables in there. Our ages ranged from 24-50 we were treated horribly. We were told the manager said we couldn’t be served. I was sober only drank water at the other two establishments we were at. I had one glass of wine 3hrs prior to arriving at Kooters. Two other people were also sober. The rest of the party were drinking but not in anyway being out of control or anything. We all planned on eating dinner. The server was so sweet she was only doing what the manager ordered her to do. We were told we could drink pop or water that’s it. I’m 50yrs old and have never in my life been into any established and had this happen. My family is friends with the owner we go to Snappers too. One of the guys in our party owns a bar. Some of the people had never been to Kooters because they live out of town. NONE of us will ever return what a shame and totally uncalled for. Makes no sense to any of us!!!

We had the best time last night here! We hosted my daughter's surprise 30th birthday party. They kept up with our big group with a new cook! Food was awesome! Waitresses were awesome! Special shout out to the new one that helped me cover the tables (missed her name & she had to leave), & Taylor. Taylor was by far one of the BEST waitresses we've ever had! Thank you to the staff & management for accommodating our rowdy group!!💕💕

Trashy staff and a trashy bar. Food was just as bad as the wait staff. my waitress was too drunk at 6pm on a Sunday night screaming about her keno win to take our order. What an absolute joke. You can get better food at Applebee's and they microwave theirs.
