“i called in a $31.99 order on November 18, 2022. It also had a personal size birthday pizza with it. When I hot home I noticed all 3 of my pizzas were burnt. I called in asking if they got new ovens because all 3 of my pizzas were burnt. I received an apology...but not even an offer to fix my order. My family couldn't even eat the whole slices of pizzas. It was very disheartening that my family couldn't enjoy the pizzas I picked up for my birthday”

“Best Taco Bell I’ve ever been too. Chicken cantina crispy taco was delicious and actually served to me crispy and hot! That’s basically an anomaly for Taco Bell. Just goes to show if staff actually follow directions and cook the food on time and as instructed, it’s pretty delish. But they’re all libs usually so that doesn’t tend to happen. Kudos to this T bell team.”

“We held a family (35 guest) Wedding Rehersal Dinner at Rivals this evening. We booked the event 3 weeks ago with the Manager Matt. We requested Starter Platters to be placed at the tables when we arrived (which we preordered). We were met at the door when we arrived by Matt and he intro'd us to our server, Jenny. Within 5 minutes, the platters were on the tables HOT and fresh. Drink orders were taken as guests arrived and were quickly served up! Dinner orders began and went very smoothly. Within 15 minutes dinners started coming out of the kitchen. Drinks were refilled between trays coming out with more dinners. Matt checked in several times with us and our Server Jenny was AMAZING! The back of the house folks helping her out did an outstanding job also. THANK YOU RIVALS for making the evening GREAT! The Parker/Thornton Families”

“The price is right for a pretty decent buffet. Most of their hot dishes are pretty good. The only thing I can say to be cautious with is some of the dishes in the sushi section. Sometimes you get some great stuff there, but once in a while you get the unlucky piece that’s been sitting for a hot minute. As long as you are careful of that, I would recommend this place for sure.”
