We had a great time here service was excellent food was amazing. They're slightly understaffed but I'm not going to hold that against them..wr still had great service. Burgers are good. Buffalo chicken dip is good and from what my son says the pizza is very good. The tacos were excellent as well.

Their food is good and they usually do really good. But today when I tried to call in and place an order to go I got put on hold which was fine but I was on hold for 5+ mins and then got hung up on.

Food is always good . Service is going down hill. We sat at the bar to eat and drink. The bar tender was so distracted with the regular people and the service of everyone elsie which I understand . Finally got our order in 20 minutes later . Order a appetizer and our food both showed up same time . Really! Probably last time there . We may go once a month no big loss but I'm sure other feel the same. Thanks for listening

Food is overpriced. You can tell whoever priced out the menu didn’t know what they were doing. The Hawaiian pizza cost more than if you just build it yourself. The French fries are always inconsistent. The wait staff is running around like they don’t know what they are doing. One of them seems to take more tables than he can handle. I think his names Willy. Been there while he was working and he was drunk. Sad that they let him get away with it. Whenever I come to eat there the pizza is almost always different. The chicken tenders are sometimes crispy and other times soggy. It shouldn’t $2 for a up charge for 4 oz of cottage cheese or coleslaw.
We held a family (35 guest) Wedding Rehersal Dinner at Rivals this evening. We booked the event 3 weeks ago with the Manager Matt. We requested Starter Platters to be placed at the tables when we arrived (which we preordered). We were met at the door when we arrived by Matt and he intro'd us to our server, Jenny. Within 5 minutes, the platters were on the tables HOT and fresh. Drink orders were taken as guests arrived and were quickly served up! Dinner orders began and went very smoothly. Within 15 minutes dinners started coming out of the kitchen. Drinks were refilled between trays coming out with more dinners. Matt checked in several times with us and our Server Jenny was AMAZING! The back of the house folks helping her out did an outstanding job also. THANK YOU RIVALS for making the evening GREAT! The Parker/Thornton Families

It's pricy for the serving sizes.. we paid $8 for ONE chicken tender, no fries with it, just one tender. It's always messy, and the service is spotty. If you need any spoons or side items, you probably won't be given them they always for get my kids' drinks or something.

I can't speak to the food much, since the menu is fairly typical for a bar. The area doesn't offer much for vegetarians, so I didn't expect to be surprised here. They did have a great beer on tap, an imperial stout that I forgot to make more of. The service was impeccable. Atmosphere was okay for this type of place. Open and non-intimate.
