Our first time there and we loved it. The owner was wonderful and he even brought free deep fried mushrooms to our table. I had the Ocean Sea Bass and it was the most delicious fish, Keith had the cod and he said it was delicious also. Definitely going back next time we come to the UP
We ate here, I believe, on 9/9/26. I had the ribs and my husband had the Smothered Trio. We also had a huge appetizer of mushrooms, onion rings and mozzarella sticks. Everything was exceptional. We've been coming up to the UP (Michigamme) for years and just found this place. I wish we had known about it before. Thank you so much for the great meal in a very charming restaurant!! See you next summer!!
Steak wasn't cooked (MW) to order I did send it back but they put the steak back onto the bloody plate instead of a new one. Sides were also flooded in steak blood so those were not eaten. I did give them to my mom and she enjoyed them. The food tasted good just wish I liked steak bloody and everything swimming in it.
