They have some great employees, but some of them need to work on their customer service skills. They are stand offish, and not very nice. Also, I ordered a drink with Boba added to it, and didn’t get the Boba that I paid for, and didn’t realize it until I was long gone. You ask for a straw and get attitude, and I probably won’t be back. I can make my own drinks at home.
It was my first time ever using a big big coffee and the woman with glasses who helped me out at the register could not have made things more easy! I’m the type of person who has a lot of added stuff to my drinks. She was really patient with me and explained everything. Definitely going to be going back!
I just moved here from the west where we have Dutch bros. Feeling homesick I went here and The girls hooked it up! My drink was so yummy and cute!! You seriously don't know how much this made my day. Thank you biggby.
