I went here before a very important time sensitive event, and there was a significant delay in smoothie preparation. This did upset me but I didn't say anything about it.Regardless (without a prompt), they apologized for the delay and offered 2 free smoothies on the next visit. I go to a lot of tropical smoothie spots cause I work emall over Michigan and this location is by far the best,always consistently on time with online orders.. I don’t write many reviews but I had to for this crew..

The smoothies and quesadillas are great. I have a complaint. My bank account was debited for 87.02. I have NEVER had an order that added up to that amount. I don't know anyone who would. Maybe for someone throwing a smoothie party. I'm not a person who has 87.02 to throw away. BEWARE
