Never have had a bad experience here. The managers usually come around and check on service and several times have given us coupons for a free desert. Very friendly. Usually sit at thr bar and thr bartenders have always been nice and carry good conversation even when busy.
All of blackrocks performance has been great the many times ive been there. The food and service is amazing but the atmosphere is a bit lacking after a few visits. Makes it hard to be a regular stop
The filet mignon is good. Kids meal for $8.99 is worth it. They even let the kids cook the meat on the hot stone by themselves (but of course under adult supervision). Off peak hours is better than peak hours.
