I have used the app Numerous times and enjoyed a number of meals, with good service and food. I order for the family utilizing the app the order ended up at the Lapeer store!? Davison was quite helpful and started to make our meal and helped to contact the Lapeer store. The Lapeer store weren't cooperative and stated they closed shortly (driving time greater then available) Contacted the app as was recommended by Davison staff.
Corporate is polite and Prompt, and everything should seem wonderful but I am out of $40, and find many sandwich shops nearby that have Apps that haven't failed me, when I wasn't able to cook dinner and needed to feed everyone!

After some miscommunication which was probably on my part, they quickly remade the sub. That to me is excellent customer service. Something that is rare these days in fast casual. Plus, their bathrooms were clean, so you know their kitchen and prep area is also clean.

Placed an online order for a work at 11:13am, promised by 11:49am. I arrived at 11:50am. After giving my name for the order, I was publicly humiliated. The employee told me I put them way behind and in the future, not to order such a big order online because they don’t have time.
I apologized and even told them I wouldn’t mind waiting for the order to be fulfilled. She stated it was already done, but to not do this again. She was extremely rude.
If there is a limit to how many subs you can order online, it needs to be on the website.
I only ordered 13 regular subs. And I left a tip!! (Pre-paid) We will not bring our business here again. So, jersey mikes, in the future, a simple phone call stating that you needed more time would have been fine. But do not publicly yell at someone for placing an online order.

Today is my third visit to this Jersey Mike's. I must say everyone working here in all three visits have been Customer Service Superstars! Now for the food. The club sub, Mike's Way is the best club sandwich I've ever had! I've also had two Philly and Swiss subs, again the best I've ever had and no mayo or any other sauce on them! I am a big eater! I'm sorry I waited so long to try Jersey Mike's!!! I hope the service and food never changes, unless for the better. I don't know if that's even possible unless you give them to me for FREE!!!!!!!

We ordered from there all the time. In late December we did a delivery order. The giant sun was wrong. The manager ,very nice, said our name was upfront for a free giant sub. We ordered a few other times, but not giant. I called today and the girl was cold and said “no not here!” And hung up!! Not ordering from there and definitely spreading the word!

First time at the Davison location and I will not return. Very poor service, forgot to make our 2nd sub, then had to wait while they made subs from people who came in after us. The floor was filthy, food all over it. I'd rather drive to the Grand Blanc location.
