Wife and I ordered a few weeks ago and everything was great, including the curbside delivery. However the other night it was the opposite experience. Food was cold because nobody brought it out for curbside after waiting. Salad we ordered was not only missing add on ingredients but was so thrown together it had hunks of meat stuck together in a few spots and looked like minimal effort was put into making it. Won’t judge off one bad experience because the first was perfect.
This is one of the cleanest Jet's around!! Employees were very polite and courteous! Will definitely go back to this Jet's!
Poor food quality (huge hair baked between sauce and cheese). Poor customer service, no one even offers to take a message when I call and ask for the store manager, I have called 4 times. I will never go back!
