Unfortunately, not my favorite Panda location. Portions are skimpy and food is often served lukewarm at best, the staff is generally unpleasant, and wait times are very long. The one I used to go to up on Bay Rd. in Saginaw gives MUCH larger protein portions and remembers to put sauces and utensils in the bag every time. We had a wonderful experience at this Panda Express. Kelsey was absolutely fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable about the menu. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience and provided some of the best customer service we’ve received in a long time.
Our food was fresh, hot, and delicious. Thank you, Kelsey, for your positive attitude and outstanding service. We will definitely be back!
