Great food but terrible customer service! Our family encountered 2 of the rudest employees ever. Then to top it off missing some of our food! Due to this our family will never be back!
Every time i've ordered a pizza from this establishment, I tell them very specifically.I would like light cheese, almost to the point where there's no cheese. this is how I explain it when i order, i get my pizza and it's the normal amount of cheese which I can't eat. onion rings are good, the philly cheesecake is good, salads are good. pizza not so good. WAY to much cheese when I specifically request almost none.
They said that I am a mile and a half away from there delivery service area a yet, it’s a slow night so they’ll “consider “ delivery IF I ORDER $30 min! I don’t understand this. I’ve been a customer for them for 10 years they’ve come to my house just deliver a burger before !!!’. Really bad customer service. I’m sorry, but this is unacceptable.
