Mahdi is a very respectful young man and makes the best food! I was very pleased with his service and would definitely come again.

Anytime we’re in town we always make a late night run to ananas for either a mango juice or avocado shake. Ali always gives the best service!

Bigger guy with black hair/beard and Nike shirt inspired me to write this. The food was great but the customer service was even better. Glad to see service workers putting passion into their jobs. This guys genuine great attitude and customer service really hit home for me. His employer must feel lucky to have him. I’ll definitely be back.

Stopped by yesterday to grab food before i left to Ohio. Not a bad choice. Here's pros and cons:

Pros:
- delicious foooood. Loved the chicken fajita and chipotle loaded fries. Definitely give the food 10/10
- clean place, been remodeled and kept nicely looking
- ahmad at the register was very friendly
- prices aren't too bad.

Cons:
- long wait time, even though restaurant didnt seem busy. was told 15-20 minute wait, food took more like 45 minutes. Not a big deal though but the family was exhausted and ready to start our 4 hour drive back home
- this ticked me off the wrong way even though it may not be a big deal, but after a 40-45 minute wait for the food i didnt want to have to wait longer if i made a big deal out of it. But as the guy preparing the food was rushing to get the order bagged, he dropped my salad bowl on the floor, upside down. Then grabbed it, checked to make sure it didnt open up and spill, and shoved it in the food bag. I made a comment about at least wiping the plate down rather than from the floor to the bag as i watched the whole situation happen... not a proper way to handle especially when the customer is watching with him being the only customer in the restaurant lobby at the time.

Overall, would definitely return to Ananas and recommend it to others.

I ordered the kafteh platter the one on the menu here on the website shown but here is what I received! And when I called them to complain they said well too bad that’s what we serve! Like why would you advertise something then server something else ? I literally got ground beef .

I hate being that person that has to leave one star reviews but this place deserves it. We ordered one whole chicken sub, two whole chicken Francisco subs and one large curly fries. Immediately biting into our subs we all noticed how very salty our subs were. Like extremely salty to the point we couldn’t even continue to eat our subs. I’ve never been so disappointed in a sub shop like this place before. Not to mention there was barely any chicken in the subs either. Literally felt like I was just biting into toasted bread drenched in mayo. Also, the large order of curly fries was really just a small/medium that wasn’t even filled to the top. You can’t feed your customers garbage and expect them to come back. Shame on this place, shame on the employees and especially the owner who’s letting this happen. And by the looks of the other reviews, I wish I had checked before ordering because it seems like others had the same horrible experience.

Never order the tawook plater or any plater is not worth it i wait 28 minutes and in the end i get 10 pieces chicken they already cooked before no taste no flavor and they charge $19 for it i just waste my money and the humus is old and black

Ordered chicken fatoush, when I got home, no dressing at all. Called them and they offered to pass by to get the dressing which will end up having the chicken cold.
