Wow! Just wow. Drove from toledo with my family to check big Al's out and they did not disappoint! Portions were huge, food was amazing, service was amazing!! Will come back for sure

Even though my order got messed up at first, the customer service here was amazing. They handled it right away and went above and beyond by giving me an extra calzone to make up for it. That kind of effort really shows they care about their customers. Food was great and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Pizza was made good. Service was great. Front area was clean enough. Not a big dining area is the most I can complain/criticize. Normal prices for a pizza the next budget level above the cheapest pizza.
