Yesterday at night I went to get ice cream. The girl that was helping us was very rude. She was very pushy and tried to rush us out. This was my first time at this location all the other locations have exceptional service especially the Dearborn one.
I have been coming to La Gelati since they first opened and it has never let me down. The ice cream, crepes, and smoothies are genuinely some of the best around, the kind of quality that keeps you coming back again and again. The owners clearly care about what they do and it shows in every visit. If you haven't been, you are missing out. Five stars all the way.
Ali Norah and hezdar made my items the best and the place was so clean I came in close to closing and they were still very welcoming and they were helping me through my order and helped out very much
