Went through the drive thru a few days ago and ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal. Fries were not in the bag so before I left I asked for them. They asked to see my receipt and said I didn’t pay for fries. I showed them on the receipt where I paid for the meal and they still insisted I had not paid for fries. Since when does a McDonald’s meal not come with fries? Plus, the workers were super rude about it.
Most McDonald’s workers don’t have access to paid sick or family and medical leave. As a consumer and customer, I’m deeply concerned about the safety of workers, their families, and our communities. McDonald’s says it believes that Black Lives Matter, but by failing to give all workers access to paid leave, McDonald’s is forcing its Black and Brown workforce to choose between receiving a paycheck or risking their health during a global pandemic. this particular establishment is absolutely despicable. The Young heavyset caucasian lady who was working, taking the orders was rude the entire time. This was 1am. She forgot an item, when confronted very understanding with her mistake, she returned YELLED at us, she was saying bad language with another employee , while the window was open complaining about us. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. She threw us the bag of fries and she said we messed up her line. I will never come back...read full review
