Another place with a friendly, informed employee. Ali waited on us and was very patient ( and helpful) with me, even though I didn't know what I wanted. I didn't ask but I hope he is the manager. Did I mention that he was extremely helpful? I'm not usually a big fan of fast-food employees because of the quality of service...or rather lack of. Intelligent and friendly, Tim Hortons should be proud of Ali as an asset to their bottom line!
On this day, I did a delivery, I waited about 30 minutes for this order. The cashier pulled the order up on her screen once I got there. They literally took their sweet time about fulfilling that order. I normally cancel orders that wastes my time, but I didn't today.There is no sense of sense of efficiency in the building.

The staff is short and rude. The food is subpar. They don't even explain or let you know that when you order certain items, they come with multiple options, not just one. The prices don't always match the menu on the drive thru. Overall not the best.
