“I come to this Panera Bread Cafe once or twice a week and have a great experience more often than not. I do not often write reviews. A young girl named Heba often helps me order my breakfast on Saturdays and she is a ray of sunshine. She is always happy to accommodate me and my mother and we are always elated to see her working. She is a breath of fresh air, as I have dealt with some very rude workers in the past. She is either genuinely excited for me to order my breakfast sandwich, or an amazing actress. Regardless, she creates a warm environment and a pleasant experience every single time. Although this cafe may not always be the most accurate, they will always be sure to help solve the issue. I highly recommend.“
“Another place with a friendly, informed employee. Ali waited on us and was very patient ( and helpful) with me, even though I didn't know what I wanted. I didn't ask but I hope he is the manager. Did I mention that he was extremely helpful? I'm not usually a big fan of fast-food employees because of the quality of service...or rather lack of. Intelligent and friendly, Tim Hortons should be proud of Ali as an asset to their bottom line!“

The difference about Nova cafe and other coffee places is at Nova your coffee flavor never changes, to where other locations it depends on who makes your coffee & it’s not a guarantee it’ll be good every time. “From the moment we walked in the door we had a wonderful experience. The servers are all very friendly & attentive and the food came out fast and delicious. “Best falafel I have ever had! I was out shopping, stopped by to get a takeaway lunch and picked up the falafel plate (small). $6 and change, so great value! Just amazing--fresh and great value--34 good size patties, lettuce, picked turnips, pickles, tomatoes and parsley--with a small tub of tahini sauce and 2 flat bread. I have had a lot of falafel in my day, but I can honestly say this is the best I have had--fresh and not soaked in oil, spices are perfect. Nice friendly staff, too. Going to make it a habit of visiting often.“
